Jeremy was raised in a college town by a single-mother. He graduated from the US Air Force Academy and served as a Sortie Generation Officer and a Special Agent (Captain) in the USAF Office of Special Investigations (OSI) and was assigned to AFSOC (Air Force Special Operations Command). While in OSI, Jeremy was recruited by the FBI. He served in the FBI for 23 years as a Special Agent and spent 21 of those years as a SWAT Operator, Assault Team Leader, Lead Medic, Senior Firearms Instructor, and Sniper Team Leader. After completing 32 years of government service, Jeremy still actively competes in several shooting sports and provides firearms training to police and armed citizens.

Jeremy has served in medical mission trips in Mexico, Ghana, Uganda, Togo, Ecuador, Haiti, and Nicaragua. Providing free medical care to others seems like a natural act as a follower of Jesus. He volunteers at his church, local shelters, food banks, and serves in a lay-counselor ministry.

"Send Me" truly shines a light on the incredible power of teamwork and camaraderie. Beyond that, it offers a rare glimpse into the profound impact that a demanding job like FBI SWAT has on an operator's life, the struggles that often go unseen. What's truly inspiring is the resilience shown, not only in overcoming immense challenges but also in maintaining a selfless focus on others during the most critical moments. This book completely captivated me, making me feel like I was right there alongside the team. Even in this brief look into Jeremy's experiences, his humor and personality come through vividly. Without a doubt, this is one of the best books I've had the pleasure of reading!

Excellent book detailing the author's many years on an FBI field office SWAT team. As his career progressed, so did the capabilities and professionalism of FBI SWAT. The book details some of the many SWAT callouts and assignment the author experienced. Not only does he tell great stories, his narrative mentions improvements in equipment and tactics. Great for a casual read or for experienced LEO's. Highly recommend.
