This was an absolutely unforgettable novel. I could feel the excitement of the races throughout. I really appreciate how Craven took the time to make racing real for her readers. It’s not just a backdrop to the novel, but an integral part of the story. I also loved the ending of this novel. Craven leaves us will a sense of completion & new beginning. She gives us just enough of a hint as to where this is going next that you’re left trying to guess what this new character will be like.
I really appreciated the characters in this novel. Not just as characters, but as individuals. The cultural diversity of the F1 circuit & its locales really shines through. I appreciated how Craven not only worked these differences into the story, but also the way that she showed how so many of us can be quite culturally insensitive.
This is definitely a fast paced read that flies by. I’d highly recommend it to romance and race car lovers alike.

I absolutely adore Ashlinn Craven's writing. Every book that she writes is amazing. Since the first book in this series was written with a co-author and this one by Ashlinn alone, I wondered if it would affect the story. And I'm happy to say that it doesn't! The flow and pace from the previous two books carries over perfectly into High Octane: Unleashed. It made for a thrilling conclusion to this series!
Liv and Adam are a wonderful set of characters! They stand out from the other couples in this series for me. Liv was a refreshing heroine that I found myself growing close to! And Adam... one word: SWOON! Their relationship is filled with twists and turns that are brilliant and absorbing!
High Octane: Unleashed is perfect for fans of fast cars, amazing heroines, and handsome men! I absolutely fell in love with Liv and Adam's story, and I think you will too!

Ashlinn Craven's solo ride on the F1 circuit is a triumph. "Unleashed" is now officially my favorite story in the "High Octane" series.
Why? Because I absolutely loved Adam. Who can resist a man who has all the emotional warmth of his Vulcan counterpart? Not this girl. What can I say? I prefer my heroes with a frosty outer coating. And Viv McCloud was just the woman he needs to help thaw him out. Viv is a wonderful heroine. She's been around the block a few times and, for me, that made her very real. I could really relate to this leading lady.
I enjoyed the story because it's a long, slow burn rather than an insta-lust affair. But make no mistake, when the moment finally arrives, the passion is sizzling!
Roll on next season! I can't wait to meet the next driver in the series.

The last in the trilogy and we are getting to know a woman who made appearances in the previous two stories. Vivienne came across as a bed hopping, fame seeking pit girl before, but this story proves that appearances don't tell all. Both the main characters are likeable and relatable with a slow burn attraction that explodes into something more. Lots of race circuit action which is what I was looking for.

Loved this book. This romance has it all, great racing scenes, terrific banter, a hilarious pompous villainous driver, a heroine I'd befriend in real life and Adam. Oh Adam. Sooo much better with cars than women. He's my favorite kind of hero, sexy, smart and inaccessible. The perfect match for Viv. Their relationship has its twists and turns, but its a wonderful ride. Highly recommend.

Unleashed is the third book in the High Octane series by Ashlinn Craven. All in all a very solid storyline that had my attention from beginning to end. The characters were well developed and had great chemistry. So far I really enjoyed this series and I look forward to more books and series by this author!!!

so here's a surprise-a racing driver hero who sounds like a driver and acts like a racing driver...maybe too much!! Adam is one of those untouchable guys whose hair you just wanna ruffle. Vivienne's the woman to do it. Classy romance for grownups.
