Excellent text summarizing most asked questions with regard to British (England/Wales) construction contracts. A significant number of the questions pertain to construction in general and how courts are likely to respond to matters raised. It is written in clear, accessible language. Would recommend to all those who have an interest in matters construction law, particularly architects, engineers, and construction project managers.
