First of all, this book was NOT written by this Jennifer Ashley that Good Reads has connected it too. The reason I know this is because the Jennifer Ashley that wrote this book I grew up with, and her mother and my mother went to HS together. Second of all this book is easy to read, matter of fact with no gimmicks. Just plain simple rules to follow. Talks about just being healthy no matter what your size. I loved it. So many great tools to use that are easy. I can't wait to get started.
