Crossfire In Paradise - a review by Rosemary Kenny.

A family reunion in a warzone could be the tagline of Mac Fortner's latest Caribbean crime-thriller, Crossfire In Paradise, as Cam Derringer, Brittany, Kailey, Zoe, Stacy, Camila and Jack, (not forgetting Cam's K9, Walter) spring into action to take down a cartel boss and his underlings.
It's non-stop shenanigans all the way from Key West to Cuba and back again, with plenty of action, witty banter and a plot to die for.

Disappointed!

I have read every single book in this series and the Sunny series and this one just didn’t sit right with me. I really hate to say that because I wait for each new book to come out but this made me question so many things!!! I know it fictional and to use my imagination but I couldn’t, it was too bizarre to even do that.
I’m sorry Mac Fortner but I wasn’t crazy about this one!!!!

This series should have ended two books ago. The characters are done, they have no life left in them , Walter the dog is the only interesting character left. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! Please retire Cam!!! The first 8 or 9 books were very good! Their time is over however.

Another great book by this author. There’s lots of action, humor, and maybe a tear, as all of the family gets involved, and Walter absolutely shines. Not to be missed.

Cam and Walter's adventures, or rather misadventures, continue. So glad to see the whole gang get involved with the threat to not only Kailey but Malinda also. Such an enjoyable series.

Gave the book a five star. Great story, few things left open, guess they will show up in future stories. Recommend this story for those who like good mercenary tales.

What an awesome book. Never a dull moment with Cam Deringer. You got to love Walter. Enjoyed. Him driving the boat. Too funny. Looking forward to their next adventure.
