Have you ever fallen in love with a giant cat this fast? I think I set a new record with Tennyson.
Kitty-Pie was a fascinating, fast-paced read. I really enjoyed the author's writing style, hopping around the laboratory's crew as they fought for survival against their furry monster friends--and their relationships. Set in the 80s, I appreciated the avant-guard feminism ahead of its time, of fighting for oneself, as well as one's beliefs. And the twist at the end is well worth the panic leading up!
