This first nonfiction reader uses short concise sentences and vivid color photographs to give basic information about changing weather. The small, easy-to-hold size of books in this Let’s Watch the Weather series make them great choices for beginning readers. Vocabulary words highlighted with bold face font and the included glossary and index makes this a good choice for teaching basic nonfiction reading.
