If you are serious about the craft of writing and authoring, then this book is a must have.
K.M. Allan is one of the most generous writers around. This is comprehensive coverage of how to be a modern writer and how to get your book written, published, branded and released.
Checklists do help. They give you a roadmap to follow and Allan's roadmaps are gold. Clear, concise, helpful tips and tricks. Easy to read cover to cover or to dip in and out depending on where you are at with your book.
Lots of bookmarked favourites in this one. Things to go back to time and again.
Especially love the Celebration Checklist.
A great set up and an essential read for writers.

A great companion book to K.M. Allan's Writing and Editing Checklist book. This is for all that stuff outside of writing and editing that authors need to do.
There are tons of advice, information and suggestions within this book, and the checklists cover an array of things you might not have even considered - such as style sheets, query letters and branding, to name a few.
I've been using this to build up my own personal Author Roadmap and Schedule using these checklists as a guide.
If you are a new author or planning to publish one day, this will be a lifesaver for steering you right. There are so many aspects to an author's journey that we often don't even think of.
This book makes sure you are well and truly covered.

A nifty companion to Allan's Writing and Editing Checklists. I downloaded this to my kindle, and I take it with me every time I go out writing. Some fantastic reminders and tips that'll have you looking at your writing in a whole new way. A must-have!
