My Grumpy Old Professor

Rate this book
I find myself in quite a predicament.
One of my sweetest students,
Alisha has asked me to marry her!

Well… not quite marry her.
To PRETEND to be her husband.
For a percentage of her inheritance.

Alisha stands to receive an extremely large inheritance.
IF she is HAPPILY MARRIED.

If I agree to help her, it goes against my ethics.
and SHE is my STUDENT!
But how can I refuse those beautiful eyes?!

Awkward and ridiculous as it sounds,
I agreed to go along with the charade.
Heaven help us!

I am a terrible liar.

A Wonderful Story!

Okay... I've read many different versions of the "Professor and Student" trope love story, because it's one of my favorite tropes to read. And this standalone novelette is one of the best versions yet. The author managed to encapsulate the entire romance and all of the spice and drama that goes along with it, in to a well written and delightful short story. This is a highly recommended "Age-Gap Romance" read, with a guaranteed h.e.a. ending!

A perfect choice read for fans of Romance, Age-Gap Romance, Professor and Student Romance, Forced Proximity Romance, Fake Marriage Romance, Billionaire Romance, Insta-Love Romance, Grumpy Sunshine Romance and Young Adult Romance stories.

My grumpy old professor

Alisha approached her professor of ethics, Blake and asked him to marry her to get her inheritance. It is only to be a pretend marriage for a week. He agrees even though he could lose his precious job at Harvard, if anyone finds out. There follows a fast paced, but intense story of unrequited love, passion, jealousy, pain, loss, resentment, getting what you want, acceptance and renewal.

What you shouldn't do, but do it anyway

Full of all the things you know you shouldn't do, but you just can't resist doing it anyway. I'm keeping it in my library for a second read
