#Review: *Mended Hearts* - Claire Raye - ARC [18+]
4.4/5✨
3/5🌶️

Daisy and Miles had a sweet love story, which fell apart when the band he was taking part of has found the path to success. The heartbreak of his departure made Daisy find solace in the arms of another man, with whom she has stayed for a while. The worst thing about this was when Miles found out that she moved on from him, because he never considered his departure like a breakup, always having in mind to come back to her. Daisy had quite a surprise when she found out that her first love came back to town, waking up some old feelings in her heart. Will they be able to leave the past behind and restore what they had together?

From Miles’ point of view, things should have been much easier when it came to his relationship with Daisy, but it turned out to be so darn complicated. The feelings were still there and as strong as ever, but everything that happened while they were apart was still casting a shadow over them. On top of that, Daisy's ex won't make the situation easy for them either, being a constant nuisance, all because of their entangled past. I liked how sweet Daisy and Miles's second chance romance was and that he was making sure that this time everything would be different and that it wouldn’t break them again. He was super supportive of Daisy and her dreams and that was super cute. I also liked that little suspense of this story, which was the thing that added that salt and pepper to this book. I was so pissed with everything that was happening to Daisy, but I was glad at the same time that she had so many wonderful people in her corner to help and support her. That was another thing I liked, that strong bound they all had, being more like a big family than just good friends.

It was so nice to be back to this beautiful series and to this beautiful town. Loved to see all those characters from the previous books and to enjoy that good feeling vibe which the other couples have offered. This was definitely a pretty mixed story, with drama, suspense and romance, all spiced up with some pretty steamy scenes.

Glad to be part of Claire Raye ARC team for another gorgeous book. Thank you so much guys!!🥰

I absolutely loved this book! It was the perfect book to get through the winter or if you have a winter vacation to a warm place like I did! I absolutely loved Daisy and Miles story. This book gave me everything I needed from a book. It had the romance, it had some suspense, and it has a kick ass friend group. I can’t wait until I Kai’s story and see how this series wraps up. This series is so different than a I have ever read.

Thank you to Claire Raye for this ARC in exchange for my honest review!

This was a fun book! I love the world and characters that the authors created in the Hibiscus Hearts series. Found family is one of my favorite tropes and it is done so well in this series. These characters will do anything for each other and have so much love for one another. They also are so fun and funny.

I have always been curious about Miles and Daisy’s story and I’m glad I finally got to read it! The reason they broke up in the first place was kind of silly and could’ve been solved by just talking to one another. I’m glad they had some growth individually and as a couple and came out stronger than ever. I was very pleased with how this book ended and where they are as a couple now!

I think I do prefer the other books in this series but I still enjoyed this one a lot. I’m so excited to read Kai and Quinn’s story next. I absolutely recommend this series if you like found family and romance stories!

Thank you again Claire Raye🌺💚

Mended Hearts (Hibiscus Hearts, #4) by Claire Raye

4/5 stars

If you would look up 'feelgood books' in the dictionary, Mended Heart would be the explanation. This book was just incredible. It was sweet, kind, full of forgiveness, growth, moving on, healthy choices and had a bit of spice to top it all off. Just the perfect blend of tropes and themes for an unforgettable beach story.

It's the story of Miles and Daisy. Miles went to the mainland after his band got the chance of a lifetime. They became huge overnight and Daisy got really insecure by all the photos of the band with hot chicks. And her fear of losing him drove her into the arms of Isaac, Miles' former best friend and former bandmate. They have an unhealthy and unbalanced relationship that was crumbling right from the get go.

When Miles returns to the island, they spend a night on the beach with their friends and Daisy gets incredibly drunk. Miles takes her home and cares for her. Daisy flees the former home she was so happy in. And she knows she must break it off with Isaac. And she does so quickly.

Miles' father sees his son pining for the girl who he has always loved and he advises them to talk. He goes to her work place and that is what kick starts this beautiful love story. They cannot hide their chemistry any longer and lust and love explodes between the two of them.

And that is what this stunning book is about. It's a second chance romance where they must find a new basis to build upon. It's about learning to trust each other again and opening up to one another. I love how they learn, grow and evolve together. They take care of each other's needs and of each other's dreams. They must deal with the pain from the past and the hurt that came from both their actions.

But Isaac? He isn't ready to give up his girl. And his true nature comes forwards very quickly.

I love the bond between all the friends. I love how much they help each other, how unconditionally they love each other, how nothing is too much and that friendship truly is a thing of joy and fulfillment. It's sweet, it's kind and overflowing. All without it being cheesy. It was just the perfect blend and I loved the entire journey.

4 huge stars from me for Mended Hearts. If you haven't read this series yet and you love feel good romances or a second chance story, then pick this beauty up and let it consume you!

I was on the edge of my seat with reading Mended Hearts by Claire Raye, which is the 4th book in the Hibiscus 🌺 Hearts series.

Miles Olsen thought despite leaving to make it big with his band, he’d always have the girl, but was devastated to find out that she moved on — with his friend. Things go from bad to worse when fame fizzles out and he returns back home to face the girl he wants back.

Daisy Carmichael finds herself between a rock and a hard place when the boy she has always loved returns home. Unfortunately, she moves on in a relationship that she begins to see isn’t all that it seems.

I liked the characters of Miles and Daisy. It was clear they still loved one another; but I felt their reunion was rushed a bit. There was so much they needed to talk out but kept being shelved to give int to their desires.

What I did like about Mended Hearts the harsh dose of reality Daisy had to face for the choices she made; especially when it came to being with Isaac.

Speaking of Isaac; I hated his guts😆 He was written wonderfully as the thorn in everyone’s side, not just Daisy’s or Miles, but all who were connected with them.

I really wanted to know about Lisa, who Daisy worked for. I also want to know more about Eli. It was nice seeing Owen’s brother returning to the fold.

Hopefully I’ll warm up to Kai when it’s time for his story.. I wanted less of him in this installment; he was good comedic foil, but I wanted him to take some of what Miles was dealing with a bit more serious, rather than fall back into comedic banter.

Miles was my favorite MMC in this series. I loved how he owned up to some of the mistakes he made when it came to his relationship with Daisy and his friends. I was curious on a revelation he mentioned but then wondered as to why it was somewhat glazed over (did he mess around while apart from Daisy or was he being honest when he said he wasn’t with any other girls while they weren’t together)?

It was a good read and I look forward to the 5th book in Hibiscus 🌺 Hearts.

(I received an ARC for this book)

trigger warnings will be at the bottom of this review, to avoid spoilers
verbal abuse/verbal sexual harassment, manipulation, physical violence, invasion of privacy, life threatening situation involving a MC, abandonment issues

All the little nuggets about Miles and Daisy made me VERY ready for their story. But this heartwrencher was not something I could have prepared my weak heart for! Miles left the island to live his dream, but the most important part of his dream was heartbroken by his absence. Daisy is suffering in silence, pretending like everything is fine. Now that Miles is home, there’s nothing that could keep him from her. And when things were perfect, too perfect (there’s no such thing when it comes to these two!), I knew I was about to be wrecked. The bad apple that came between them becomes rotten…But it doesn’t matter, they were always meant to built a life together. A future, a home. The things they thought they lost. And they have that. Even when it was rocking ground. I truly adore this family. And I’m looking forward to everything they still have in store for me!

My Favorite Quotes:
• “You were always it for me. Always.”
• “I’m gonna f!ck you until all you can remember, all you can feel, is me.”
• “I’ve always been yours.”

7/10 Dirty Birdy
7/10 Second Chance
7/10 Series

This is my review for Reckless Hearts
This is my review for Fragile Hearts

Trigger Warnings include:
The verbal abuse/harassment is from an ex. This turns into a violent obsession towards the FMC. It also includes stalking, threats, breaking and entering, and there is also a life threatening fire. The physical violence is between him and MMC.

Ohhhh I’ve been so ready for Daisy and Miles to get their happily ever after!

It was absolutely heartbreaking in the beginning seeing how upset Miles was and how unhappy Daisy truly was. But you know what they say, distance makes the heart grow fonder or something like that… in this case, it made them both realize how incredible their relationship was, and I’m glad they were able to see that.

Their initial “screw it” moment had me absolutely screaming with excitement and happiness. I love that they were able to pick up where they left off, but also saw how important it was to talk about everything that had happened to get to this point and rebuilt their relationship in a really healthy way.

Miles is such a sweetheart. His love language is totally acts of service combined with gift giving. The depth of his love for Daisy was beautiful, they’re absolutely perfect together.

I loved Daisy’s passion. As Miles lovingly told her, she’s stubborn - which is perfect. I love that she got the chance to reflect and grow with Miles by her side, and I’m so happy to see how her life is turning out.

Isaac was actually horrendous. What a manipulative, insane man. I loved seeing both Miles and Kai going up against him and finally seeing him get what he deserves.

Kai calling out he’s a Sagittarius had me absolutely cackling, and I just needed to make sure everyone knows that. I can’t wait to see what he and Eli will get themselves into next book!

Also crossing my fingers for a Lacey/any of the band members getting a book!

Thank you so much to Claire Raye for the opportunity to ARC read this book. All thoughts are my own. 💗

Ahhh I have been waiting for these two. You could tell from their interactions that there was history between them, though that history brought pain, heartache, and miles long of baggage but you could also see that these two were meant to be together.

From the previous books, I really thought that Miles had more of a role in their downfall but nooooope, that was all on Daisy. I get her feelings of abandonment but damn girl, let the ink dry on his band contract first before jumping to all these conclusions and peacing out especially without talking to Mile's about anything.

She is stubborn but I will say that the time apart and through them working on their renewed relationship she did get better at communication. Thankfully.

Miles, that sweet sweet man. He loved and adored Daisy so much. He really did not deserve what Daisy did, as you can tell, I'm still upset about that, but I digress. Everything he did, he did for her or with her in mind. I mean that man went and made Daisy's dream come true even after everything.

Their road to happiness and second chances was bumpy. A big amount of that was due to Daisy's ex and Mile's ex band mate, Isaac. He was horrible, toxic and I loved watching him get what he deserved, although if you ask me, he deserved more.

This friend group is incredible and so supportive. Kai is absolutely hilarious and I can't wait to watch his playboy ways be ruined in epic proportions by his woman in the next book.

I was easily immersed in this book. The writing is fantastic and the story flowed so well-I flew through it, but also didn’t want it to end.
We have been teased about Miles and Daisy’s relationship for so long and finally watching them get their second chance and learning how everything went wrong for them was amazing.

They have a beautiful story, but it was hard fought and full of so much hurt and pain. The attraction, chemistry and love is alive and well between them-but it’s easier to act like they ‘hate’ one another then admit to everything that happen.
This lead to some delicious tension that was begging to be released! And released it was, these to are hot and steamed up the pages early and often-making up for lost time!

There is so much history and so much to talk about, I loved the way their story unfolded-even the times my heart hurt for them.
The love they share is strong, they truly belong together and just see and know the other more than anyone else ever has.

Their time apart was needed, but their journey back together left me so happy. Daisy needed to find herself again, and allowing Miles back in was just what she needed. Miles always knew Daisy was it for him, no other option and that man worked hard to show her that! The support and love they both show was fantastic.

The added bits of drama and touch of suspense just took this book to the next level, I couldn’t get enough!

I have enjoyed each book of the series, this group is the best found family and can not say enough good things-can’t wait for the next one! Highly recommend!

𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 is the 4th book in the Hibiscus Hearts series by author duo Claire Raye, featuring a spicy and emotional second chance romance for Miles and Daisy! Oh, how I’ve been waiting to unpack the history and angst between these two! It’s been clear for a while that they belong together, but that there was a mountain of baggage between them. Honestly, though, I was a bit surprised by the way it unfolded. Miscommunication is my least favorite writing trope, and it felt like Daisy’s youth and insecurities lead her down a life-altering path for both of them without so much as a conversation after he went on tour with his band. Yes there are many interesting contributing factors, but girl, 𝘥𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘩𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵!🤦🏼‍♀️😅 I loved when they finally aired things out, and their chemistry was hot enough to put the island on fire alert!😍🔥🫠 My favorite thing, though, as with the rest of the series, was the amazing found family vibe created by the whole friend group! The funny banter and the unconditional support came across so well, especially as the drama of the suspense plot began to churn. While I knew who the villain was, it was still fun to watch as things evolved in both that plot line and the romance at the same time! Seriously, though, if I could find such a great friend group in a tropical paradise, I would pack my bags right now! I can’t wait to meet the woman who gets playboy Kai to reevaluate his behavior!😂

I received an ARC for free, and am leaving this review voluntarily.

Claire and Raye, you did it yet again. Another amazing book for this amazing series!! I have been loving every second reading the Hibiscus Hearts series and there is still more to come! :)

In Mended Hearts we have a second-chance romance between Miles and Daisy and reading their book just makes so much sense with how they interacted with each other in previous books and why. They ended up separating while Miles was on tour with his band and insecurity crept in on Daisy through the help of Miles's ex-bandmate who decided to pursue Daisy and fill her head with insecurities regarding Miles which led to her breaking up with Miles and getting with said ex-bandmate, not a great decision but I get it.

Miles's band then splits for unknown reasons and he comes back to the island set on winning Daisy back and getting her away from this rather nasty manipulator. Thank the lord that ends up working out but only after time and truth is shared.

I love all the things that Miles did for Daisy throughout the book to show her that he is not going anywhere and they are meant to be together forever and not just part-time. Obviously, with these books, nothing can be straightforward or easy and our culprit being no other than the ex-teammate, doesn't even deserve to be named.

I loved getting sucked back into this world and I did love every second bar a few which when you read you will understand what. This is such a good second chance romance book and they usually are not my thing but Claire and Raye just did it so well for Daisy and Miles!!

I was so happy to be back in Hawaii with this group of friends. This found family spans all four books in the series, and I love every moment I’m here.

This story follows Miles and Daisy. We’ve watched their relationship unfold in the previous books, but finally seeing everything from their POVs was done so well. Music has always been Miles’s passion, and when his band finally takes off, Daisy starts to feel left behind. They never officially break up, but they slowly drift apart and move on as if they did—which was absolutely heartbreaking. Daisy projects her childhood trauma onto the situation, communication completely breaks down, and their relationship fizzles out. Things get even messier when Daisy starts dating Miles’s rival and former bandmate. So when Miles moves back to Maui after his band breaks up, he has one goal: get his girl back.

Daisy has been stuck in a toxic, controlling relationship with a guy named Isaac, who causes problems at every turn. Eventually, she finally ends things with him, and she and Miles find their way back to each other. Miles is 10000000% a green flag. He loves Daisy so deeply and would do absolutely anything just to see her smile. Daisy, on the other hand… she kind of bugged me at times. I really felt like she needed to grow up a bit more. Still, their journey together was emotional, heartfelt, and worth the ride.

Miles Olsen is back in Maui after leaving for the mainland U.S. and touring with his band. After his band breaks up he moves back in with his brother and joins the family business building surfboards with his dad and brother.

When Miles left to tour, he left behind the girl of his dreams, convincing himself that they’d be able to get together again one day, and that he’d be able to win her back. Daisy Carmichael was also in love with Miles, but was shattered when he left, and tried to move on. She has since found herself in a toxic relationship that she has just managed to get out of when Miles returns, and Miles ends up saving her from her toxic ex.

Miles and Daisy are ready to give their relationship another chance, and at the beginning everything feels like old times - but will Daisy’s ex be able to let her move on?

Throughout this series I’ve always been intrigued by Miles and Daisy, and their relationship, but I had no idea how intense their chemistry really was. This book was the perfect look into these two characters that we’ve already grown to love. I can’t wait to see what happens in the next book, which will be Kai’s story.

Thank you to Claire Raye for the ARC opportunity!

Mended Hearts by Claire Raye is a heartfelt and steamy contemporary romance that explores themes of healing, second chances, and finding love after heartbreak. Part of the Hibiscus Hearts series, the story follows two emotionally guarded characters whose paths cross in a tropical paradise setting, leading to a slow-burn connection filled with vulnerability, witty banter, and undeniable chemistry. Raye’s writing beautifully captures their journey from broken pasts to a hopeful future.

I appreciated the emotional depth and realistic portrayal of grief and recovery, balanced with plenty of swoony moments and steamy tension that kept the pages turning. The island backdrop adds a dreamy, escapist vibe, while the strong supporting cast and themes of found family enhance the warmth of the narrative. The characters’ growth feels authentic and earned, making their happily-ever-after deeply satisfying.

While some second-chance romance tropes feel familiar, Raye’s engaging storytelling and emotional resonance make Mended Hearts stand out. Overall, I’m giving it four stars. It’s a touching, passionate read perfect for fans of character-driven romances with heart.

I love Daisy and Miles so much. There have been little teases about them and their history throughout the series and their story was everything.

These two have so much history and so much chemistry, but there is also a lot of hurt and pain. Miles, oh Miles. He’s so sweet and the things he does for Daisy!? You can’t help but absolutely fall for him. Daisy, I love her. She knows she made a mistake in the past and I can get where she is coming from. She feels horrible for it and she is willing to do whatever she can to make up for it, but Miles is all for forgetting the past. Except for the past also likes to show up and cause trouble.

It is impossible not to get absolutely wrapped up in this world and found family that has been created. I love how close this group is and how they will do anything for each other. I can’t wait for more of them in the future.

Sooooo when is the rest of Miles' band getting books?! Cause, I’m intrigued.

If you’re looking for second chance, found family, and some suspense check this one out.

Mended Hearts was a book I had to devour once I sat down. Miles and Daisy bring plenty of steam, paired with an even heavier emotional backdrop filled with tension and intrigue. While Miles is making it big on the music scene and being pulled away from Daisy and their small slice of paradise, Daisy struggles to cope with the changes—and with preventing her own past from repeating itself.

As Daisy and Miles work toward reconciliation, it isn’t without struggle. There’s so much history between them that their reunion feels almost effortless, and that’s exactly how it should be when you’re in love and learning how to grow with your partner. Miles’s sacrifices for Daisy truly embody “if he wanted to, he would,” and oh, does he ever show up and show out for our girl Daisy!

Of course, one of my favorite parts is seeing previous couples make appearances and catching glimpses of potential future pairings. I highly recommend this book if you’re looking for a breezy romance with plenty of laughs and just a touch of tear-jerking emotion.

Daisy and Miles have never forgotten or gotten over each other, even after Miles heads to the mainland to follow his dreams. Daisy struggles to deal with Miles being gone and gets pulled into a toxic situation with his former friend and band mate. Miles didn’t his tour with his band, but when things implore with the band, he heads home. After they both did hurtful things to each other and not talking or being able to be around one another since Miles returned, they finally talked. Which lead them to both realize how much they both still love each other and decided to work things out and get back together.
I absolutely loved this story! Miles and Daisy’s story was one I was waiting for and it did not disappoint. I loved that Miles owned up to his mistakes and was so understanding. He was also so supportive of Daisy and her dreams. I felt that once Daisy realized that she wasn’t fully to blame for what happened while Miles was on tour, she was able to really reflect on herself and move on with Miles.

Miles and Daisy

This story follows Miles and Daisy. They get a beautiful second chance romance with all the feels.
Once a sweet couple in love, the upcoming success of the band Miles was partaking in brought them apart. But with some heavy misunderstandings. While Miles saw this as a temporary leave from their hometown, Daisy saw this as a breakup, where she seeked comfort from another man.
Which broke both their hearts and trusts. And now that Mile is back, so are the old feelings Daisy once had for him.
Getting back together should not be so hard as it is for them. But so much has happened in the time they were apart.
And let’s not forget her current ex is a friend of both who doesn’t want to let them have it the easy way.
Slowly Miles and Daisy find their way back together and Miles is a wonderful and supporting partner by her side. Daisy is really lucky to have a support system that is there for her, because she doesn’t have it easy.
Miles and Daisy have a beautiful but rocky romance with a wonderful happy end.

*Mended Hearts* (Hibiscus Hearts #4) by Claire Raye is a swoony, second-chance romance set against the sunny backdrop of **Maui, Hawaii**. The story follows **Daisy Carmichael**, who’s never fully healed from her first love after he left for the mainland and broke her heart. When **Miles Olsen** returns — having once chased his dreams but coming back too late — old feelings resurface as he steps in to protect her from a lingering toxic relationship. Together they realize what they once lost might be worth rediscovering, even as memories from their past complicate their path to healing and trust. All the stars!!

I have been dyingggg for Miles and Daisy’s story. I knew it’d be a good one, and boy did the duo of Claire Raye deliver one heck of a story for them!!

The push and pull between Miles and Daisy was perfection. They’ve been fighting their attraction for quite a few books, and let me tell you, when they finally give in…HOT.

I wasn’t expecting the craziness of Daisy’s ex, but it added a semi suspenseful layer to the book, and I loved it! The entire Hibiscus Hearts crew is amazing, and I love catching up with the previous couples, but also trying to guess which couples may be coming next!

This was the perfect book to kick off my 2026 reading goals! I’ve loved every book in the Hibiscus Hearts series and I cannot wait for the next one!

Another great addition to the Hibiscus Hearts series! This story follows Miles and Daisy who finally get their second chance. Miles was AMAZING in trying to win Daisy back (which - with her crappy ex wasn't really that hard). This second chance happens early in the book and the story then follows them trying to make up for old time while avoiding Daisy's ex. I loved the entire ride of this story and never wanted to get off.

I will admit I typically don't enjoy second chance (and rockstar MMCs) which this story has both BUT I ate this story up (within 24 hours!). This story is book 4 in the series but you can definitely read these out of order (or even start with this one!).
3🌶

This series always puts me in such a summer mood! Thank you so much to Claire Raye for the ARC. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC of this book. This is the 4th book in the Hibiscus Hearts series. Each book in this series can be read as a standalone.
When Miles band makes it big the band leaves for the main land to tour, leaving behind Daisy. Between the pictures of the all the woman with the band and Isaac, a former bandmate, wanting to get back at Miles. Their relation was doomed from all the distance.
Now, Miles is back and they have been dancing around each other for over a year but Miles has had enough. It is time to get his girl back and show her that all the heartache and distance was worth it.
Daisy is done with Isaac and their toxic relationship. He isn't going to make it easy on her but she has to find a way to stay as far away from him as she can.
I love second chance romances. This couple did not disappoint. Can't wait for more from this series.

Oh man, I was so excited to read Miles and Daisy's book. We have gotten to see them in the other Hibiscus Hearts books and just knew they were meant for each other.

They have been a part of each others' lives for awhile and when Miles left with his band, I can understand how Daisy felt but there was definitely more she could have done. The way they acted like just friends or even that they didn't like each other definitely brought the unrestrained heat between them.

So much happens in this book and Miles is definitely a MMC that makes you swoon and just want hom. What happens when they finally talk and hash out what happened between them? Will they get their second chance? Read this book to find out!

This friend group has my heart in a hold! I love them all so much! Daisy & Miles were everything I hoped they’d be and more. A beautiful second chance story that makes you believe in love all over again. These 2 have been through and reading how they grew apart and then back together made my heart break and feel whole again. I love these characters so much!

This whole series is perfect for anyone who loves a STRONG found family. Every single one of these books have made me fall even more for this group of friends. Every book keeps pulling me in and wanting more! I truly can’t wait for the next book.

I’m usually not too much of a fan of second chance romances but this one blew it out of the park and it definitely did not disappoint. I absolutely loved Daisy and Miles book and I can’t believe it but they might actually be my favorites. I also really didn’t expect this one to be that spicy but phew Daisy and Miles chemistry was hot and erotic and I definitely ate it up. I loved how their book kind of brought along all the other couples from the series and it was so good to get to read about all of them and their sweet wholesome moments and the not so ones iykyk. I really am enjoying this series and I very much am excited to read Playboy Kai’s book next.

Daisy and Miles were so good together till they broke each other. Finally though, there is a breakthrough and there is hope for a new beginning.

I loved how Miles and her friends supported Daisy in achieving her dreams. The troubles they faced due to a troublemaker were crazy, but with trust in each other and better communication this time, nothing can separate them from each other.

This was another amazing addition to the Hibiscus Hearts series and reading the books definitely makes me feel like heading to Hawaii for a trip!

Okay, I have always been incredibly interested in Miles and Daisy from the little snippets we see of their “relationship” or lack-thereof, in the other HH books.

I can say that this book is probably one of my favorites of the series. It was a cutesy, feel-good, second chance romance. The two of them just make me smile and seeing the way their hearts really do get mended throughout the story was touching. It is a true example of “it takes a village”.

I cannot recommend this book (and series) highly enough. It’s so very good!!

Miles and Daisies book was just as sweet as I hoped it would be. I was surprised how quickly things moved in the beginning, but it let us see more of them together and enjoy that sweet, sweet spice! Everything with Issac had me on the edge of my seat the whole second half, just waiting for the other shoe to drop and man did that shoe drop! I’m glad he got what he deserved and our main characters found their way back to each other which was a dream on top on getting their own personal dreams accomplished.

Miles and Daisy's journey was full of angst, romance, and longing. They may have been apart, but they never really got over each other, even when both felt hurt by their actions. The communication in this book was amazing, especially when Daisy and Miles needed to talk about the issues that marred their relationship. The journey that was written in that way that has me hooked, the relationships were perfect, and I loved the drama that was added to the storyline.

Mended Hearts, Miles and Daisy’s second chance romance.
Miles and Daisy were each other’s everything, until he left for the main land with the band. She thought he would never come back. But Miles came back, and Daisy moved on. But time will tell if they can have a new chance together.
Since book one, I was hoping Daisy would get her own book. And it got me right in my heart. It was so emotional, so pure, so raw, so full of love for each other.
