Really nice novel. At first it seems predictable and then it gets a bunch of twists in the latter half. I love the vocabulary and language used. So much better than how people speak nowadays. An entertaining read. The 1858 copy I’m reading has several printed advertisements at the end, which are cool to read. The publisher offers to sell more books for as little as 50 cents each.
