Loved this book… it presents a unique perspective on applying systems thinking to build systems (family and business) that grow stronger in response to stressful events.

Essentially, a guide to making your life, relationships and business not just survive but thrive In stressful conditions.

I’ve had prior exposure to some of the concepts like ProConCloud but the simple language and examples make the concepts accessible.

Excellent guide. Succinct. Tried and tested. As an industrial engineer consulting to clients and lecturing to students, I really enjoyed Alan’s ToC points and building buffer capacity to shield one’s strategic business imperatives. And apply the principles to one’s personal relationships too. Wise advice to focus on areas of stress.
