I think this book was $15. I didn’t read the details of the book before I bought it, so I was a little surprised when I received it and it was just a lengthy pamphlet. A lot of this book is repetitious with brief definitions of feelings. I would have liked a deeper dive into those. I liked Chapter 8 about reconnecting and forgiving yourself, and also like the exercises at the end, however for the title to be so bold and the fact that I was able to read the entirety while my clothes were washing was disappointing.
