Paul the Counselor: Counseling and Disciple-Making Modeled by the Apostle

Rate this book
The Apostle Paul had a passion to help Christians grow spiritually and apply biblical principles to the everyday challenges they encountered and that we face today. In that sense, Paul taught the same lessons that biblical counselors teach today. We are all called to counsel and disciple one another and the practical lessons in this book will be referred to over and over again. Chapters are authored by men and women who are biblical counselors and include such topics as Paul's model of change, Paul's lessons on temptation, renewing the mind, women in ministry and leaving the past behind.

This is a great book on counseling. The authors talk about how the apostle Paul counseled in various situations. Discipleship, renewing our minds, race relations and women in ministry.
