This is helpful because it gives couples a way into conversations they might not know how to start on their own. I like that it’s structured, but still relational. In practice, tools like this can support connection between sessions and help couples move from avoidance into more meaningful dialogue.

This book was full of conversation starters that brought up a wide range of topics in a non-threatening way. My boyfriend and I looked forward to our "workbook sessions" every night with this book. We learned a lot about each other and it most definitely brought us closer.
