This book is fascinating. Again, on the topic of non-fiction shark books, however, this one is the most in depth and multimodal. The contents ranges from how sharks swim, to dangerous sharks and how to study them.

I think many children would be inspired by things in this book. The photos are all real and that adds an element of sophistication to the text. The internet links embedded throughout and further detailed at the end of the book are a unique feature of this book that I enjoyed exploring. This book is densely packed with information, but its style makes it easy to read and investigated from any page. I would recommend this book to be placed in a KS2 classroom or supportively used in earlier age groups.

Very informative! Great pics & illustrations! In basic enough language that kids & amateur shark enthusiasts could understand. But even if you enjoy watching Shark Week every year (like myself), there is still plenty of new stuff to learn.

This book is a great source for any student wanting to learn more about sharks. It has pages about types of sharks, anatomy, shark attacks, and more. There are also internet links on many of the pages to direct the reader to a website with more information about that topic.

This informational book examines the underwater world of sharks. It is not text-heavy but still provides great information. This is a great book for students who like sharks and marine life. It could even be used as a starting point for a research project!
