He’s rigid. She’s reckless. Together, they’re utterly forbidden.

Lady Grace Broadmere doesn’t care for balls, titles, or the expectations of Society. She prefers riding across the countryside in her scandalous buckskin breeches, training hounds, and living life on her own fearless terms. Her brother may be the Duke of Broadmere, but she has no intention of marrying just to complete his inheritance scheme.

Romulus “Wolfe” Craigstun, Duke of Wolfebourne, is shackled by duty. Between an unbearable betrothal and raising two mischievous seven-year-old twins, he barely has time to breathe, let alone enjoy life. That is, until his siblings run away and find an unexpected rescuer in Lady Grace.

Their first meeting is a disaster. Their second? Even worse. But as sparks fly and attraction simmers beneath their battles of will, Grace and Wolfe begin to question everything they thought they wanted.

He’s propriety. She’s chaos. But together, they might just find the one thing neither love.

It's the Broadmere family!
Next in line is Grace on the chopping block. The grumpy Duke of Wolfebourne's precocious siblings stir things up. Grace, wearing her country outfit with her well trained pups, attract Wolfe's attention when they find his lost twin siblings. It's a mutual attraction, but he's been betrothed since a child and wants out of it. Only the Broadmere sisters can help solve the problem of bringing Grace and Wolfe together. Children, pets and interfering siblings always bring laughter.
Mild descriptive sex.

As far as romance, this book moved too quickly for me. I wish we would spend less time on one-note evil other women characters and more time developing chemistry and what not. All those emotional sentiments felt a little unearned.
There was also some *super* weird plot points in the end that had me shaking my head. I wish the endings in this series in general were as enjoyable as the beginnings.

But I still just like this series, and I’m looking forward to the rest. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ There’s something charming and kind of nostalgic about it for me. 2.75 stars.

This is our third visit with this family. They are seven sisters and one brother who must wait until all the girls are happily married for love to inherit the bulk of the fortune that goes with his title. All the girls have their own little quirks. This sister is a tom boy who prefers animals to people. She is happiest in the country riding astride in breeches, and training her dogs.
This is a lovely historical romance full of fabulous characters that can't help but bring a smile to your face.
There are a few surprises and a lot of love. I really look forward to my next visit with this family.
Great fun.

Okay, all the main characters, Grace, Wolfe, Connor, and Sissy were written so well. I love how flabbergasted Wolfe was when he got blasted by Grace.

This may have been my favorite among the 3 books so far in the series. It was fast-paced, and the emotional maturity of both protagonists was refreshing. They actually communicated with each other.

Cannot wait for the next in line

Grace’s Saving by Maeve Greyson is third in the Seven Unsuitable Sisters series and is a terrific read. Their father’s will stipulated that Chance could not inherit the dukedom’s full resources until each of his seven sisters had married, FOR LOVE, and so he spent a lot of time trying to make this happen. Lady Grace Abarough is the fourth in age of these sisters and the heroine of this story. Grace is a little different: she dreads going to London for the season and is much more comfortable in the country, donning her men’s clothing and riding astride throughout the countryside. She and her father had an agreement that she would not leave their property or go near the road where someone might see her. Her brother was not happy but had to live by the agreement. Things changed when Grace came upon two children whose dog had been come entrapped in some brambles. After freeing them, she set them on her horse, all three of them, and walked them home. Home turned out to be the lodge next door which was home to the Duke of Wolfebourne, Romulus “Wolfe” Craigston, their older brother. Things went from bad to worse quickly as she greeted the duke, who was relatively traditional.

A very fun story of an early betrothal for the duke that ended up as a huge mismatch but was bing pushed by the lady’s mother. Grace’s propensity for trouble raised it’s head often and things were actually pretty funny for the reader who is looking on; probably not so fun for the people living it. Grace was a wonderful character, independent and carefree. She caused her brother plenty of angst during her antics. Wolfe was a good character, strong enough to live with and love this independent lady. The plot was thorough in throwing roadblocks in front of the pair. This trope, of the independent woman, totally un-Regency-like, is becoming more and more common and as a modern woman I enjoy it, loving the trouble it can cause; again, probably not for those living it. Greyson writes enjoyable books and this one is not different: very enjoyable.

A Regency romance with heart, hounds, and honest conversation— this book completely won me over from page one.

It’s not often I pick up a third book in a series before reading the first, but Grace’s Saving by Maeve Greyson swept me away—despite jumping in mid-series. I was immediately drawn to Grace, the unconventional Abarough sister who prefers breeches to ballgowns and finds more comfort among her beloved pack of hounds than navigating the stuffy expectations of the ton.

While I’ve read Maeve Greyson’s work before—and even featured her during past blog tours—Grace’s Saving still managed to feel like a fresh and unexpected delight. I hadn’t yet read the first two books in the Abarough Sisters series, but Book 3 never felt disorienting. That’s a testament to Greyson’s skill in weaving standalone-worthy stories within a larger arc.

Her writing has a warm, steady rhythm, and though multiple characters and previous relationships are referenced, I never once felt lost. The family dynamics are especially well done—Grace’s brother, Chance, is a Duke seemingly eager to see all seven of his sisters married off so he can finally claim his full inheritance. This premise could’ve leaned into cliché, but instead, it lays the groundwork for a story filled with heartfelt choices and authentic connection.

What stood out most? The refreshing way characters communicated. Emotions weren’t buried under layers of misdirection. Misunderstandings didn’t fester endlessly. Instead, Grace and Wolfe spoke plainly and often, giving the romance real weight and momentum without unnecessary detours. I can’t emphasize how much I appreciated that.

Wolfe, the hero, is betrothed to another woman out of obligation—but it’s Grace who captures his soul. Their romance unfolds with honesty, tension, and a lot of heart. I highlighted several beautiful quotes throughout, and by the end, I was fully invested in their future.

Of course, I immediately went and purchased the previous two books in the series—and I look forward to seeing how Fortuity and Blessing got their stories.

I voluntarily read and reviewed this advanced copy via NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I have thoroughly been enjoying my foray through the Seven Unsuitable Sisters series. Each daughter is named after a virtue, yet they act like hellcats screeching towards reluctant matrimony. Grace's Saving features the third sister who has a big heart towards animals. I was a bit nervous starting this considering I prefer books to feather friends despite working at my local zoo for 4 years. This novel turned out to be really sweet in a way I wasn't expecting. I don't usually care for children in romance novels unless they're babbling babies. The hero's half siblings were a pair of charming 7 year old twins who wandered onto Grace's property. Our heroine's fondness for the children helped pave the way for their brother's eventual wooing. Connor and Sissy were so sweet and I loved their involvement in the story. They reminded me of the Lutece Twins from Bioshock Infinite and this was their childhood in an alternate universe.

#bioshock infinite from Illuminated

I ended up really liking Grace's Saving despite my initial reservations. I thought her animals would take center stage, but thankfully the twins commandeered the spotlight. Grace's attitude towards Wolfe felt like a total 180 midway through the book, yet I can't blame her for how ardently he pursued her. Each book in the Seven Unsuitable Sisters is better than the last. I'm looking forward to Felicity's book and hopefully she's next in line to the altar. She's a great cook and I'm confident she can woo her future husband through his stomach. Although this may have been titled as Grace's Saving, our wee twins did all the hard work.

This series follows the Abarough family of seven sisters & one brother. He happens to be the Duke of Broadmere & he won’t fully receive his full inheritance until all seven of his sisters are married. Whilst Chance wants to get his hands on the duchy’s funds he also cares for his sisters & wants them to be happily married. Lady Grace doesn’t care for balls, titles, or the expectations of Society. She prefers riding across the countryside in her scandalous buckskin breeches, training hounds, and living life on her own fearless terms. Romulus “Wolfe” Craigstun, Duke of Wolfebourne, is shackled by duty. Between an unbearable betrothal made when he was a child and raising his two mischievous seven-year-old twin siblings, he barely has time to breathe, let alone enjoy life. That is, until his siblings run away and find an unexpected rescuer in Lady Grace. That’s when the sparks fly.
The third book in this delightful series, the sisters whilst extremely close are also individuals who have a variety of talents. I loved Grace who loved animals & even had persuaded her brother not to hunt. Wolfe is grumpy & often misunderstood, I loved the chemistry between them from their first meeting, which wasn’t the best but the more time they spent together the more they fell. Connor & Sissy were adorable & they fell for Grace too. There was some drama as Wolfe needed his betrothal to end but his fiancé’s mother was determined for the wedding to happen. A very well written entertaining romance which made me smile

This was a fun book to read by one of my favorite authors. Ms Greyson writes a cute and fun filled exciting book about a non conformist miss and a grumpy duke. Throw in two adorable kids who get into trouble trying to get their older brother's attention. The man in question is Romulus “Wolfe” Craigstun, Duke of Wolfebourne who is bound to duty. He just wants to have time for himself to breathe a little. Then Wolf finds that his siblings are missing when they meet their neighbor Lady Grace Broadmere. She helped them with their pets and takes them back home. She wears her "scandalous" breeches while out riding when she encounters the kids and their brother. He thinks she's trouble with a capital "T". She thinks he's a snob who should be more attentive to his brother and sister. Wolf and Grace have an instant attraction and sparks fly between them. But he's supposed to be engaged to another but he can't control his desire for Grace. She on the other hand, finds herself trying not to notice things about the handsome duke.
But fate has another thing coming to these two, and it's love and a happy ever after!
I appreciate Net Galley for this ARC title in which I gave an honest review.

Yet another visit with the Broadmere family; this time Grace is next in line to face the marriage mart. Grace, who is more comfortable in her trousers, riding astride on Broadmere land and is taken by surprise when she comes across twins, Conner and Sissy who are desperately trying to entangle their poor puppy from the bush. She steps in to assist and once detangling the dog, proceeds to give the children and their various animals a ride home on her horse. It is when they are on Wolfebourne land that they see Romulus “Wolfe” Craigstun, the Duke of Wolfebourne and the twins’ older brother, barrelling down towards them in a desperate attempt to find his missing brother and sister.

As the two get better acquainted, the chemistry between them is inescapable! True love never runs smoothly, and Wolfe’s long time fiancé’s mother is determined that her daughter be the next duchess and not Grace.

Fun read which I thoroughly enjoyed and am looking forward to the next story of this fun, loving family. I received an ARC from the publishers and NetGalley and submit my honest review voluntarily.

Another sister bites the dust! Grace loves animals more than people and Wolfe has been “engaged” since he was 7 years old! The banter between these two is outstanding and Grace’s set-downs at Wolfe are funny! Conner and Sissy are so adorable and mischievous and the dogs and cats are precious! Wolfe and Grace’s chemistry just oozes off the page and the dilemma they face is a hard one. Seeing the villain(s) get the set down deserved was quite satisfying . I can not even imagine what life would have looked like for poor Wolfe with and wife and mother in law like they were.I adore this family and can’t wait to see what brother Chance will do once all his sisters are married. I have a feeling it will be hilarious! It was good to see the sisters from other books in the series, but you will not be confused if you haven’t read them. The author does a wonderful job of creating characters that are completely believable, flaws and all. Looking forward to the next story with Joy- that should be a riot!

This is Book 3 of the series Seven Unsuitable Sisters and is an absolute delight from start to finish. Lady Grace Broadmere is the kind of heroine you wish existed in every era—bold, unapologetic, and gloriously uninterested in society’s expectations. Enter Romulus “Wolfe” Craigstun, the brooding Duke weighed down by responsibility and one extremely inconvenient engagement. Their chemistry is electric, their banter razor-sharp, and the slow-burn tension is absolutely delicious.

With so many of my favorite tropes—grumpy/sunshine, enemies-to-lovers, meddling children, and found family moments—this book is a perfect blend of heartfelt emotion and sparkling wit. The twins add just the right touch of chaos, and every scene between Grace and Wolfe simmers with longing and layered vulnerability.

If you love rule-breaking heroines in breeches and emotionally constipated dukes who fall hard (and helplessly), this is definitely your next read!

She's a tomboy....

Grace, a lady, is the daughter of a duke and the sister to the current duke, her brother who has to see all his of sisters wed before he can collect more than an allowance. Grace is a buckskin wearing, horse riding, dog owning tomboy who wants to marry for love. She is very young. She rescues a dog on her land, along with his best friend, a cat and two twins from the neighboring duke's estate next door. He's incredibly rude and condescending to her when they met, accusing her of trespassing. Romulus is a duke, engaged since he was seven (same age as his seven year old half siblings, Sissy and Charlie, who take a shine to Grace). He's large and not in charge and is put in his place by Grace. Oh, he's like, twice her age at 36.
A fun romp.

Thank you NetGalley. Lady Grace promised her brother she would not ride her horse wearing her breeches off their land or where any one can see her. She meets the young children from the next estate. Their little dog is caught in vines and can't get out. She then takes the children back to their house where their brother sees her. He is the duke and she hopes her brother doesn't find out and take the clothes away from her. The duke is engaged to another whose mother wants to send the children away. The children run away and when they are found they stay at Lady Grace's while their brother breaks his engagement. This makes him available for Grace.

The next of the Broadmere girls to come out, Grace is a wild hoyden that only wants to live in the country with her beloved dogs. When she rescue's the Wolfe's younger twin siblings, he is immediately appalled as well as attracted by this woman riding a horse astride and in britches. Wolfe must deny his attraction as he is engaged since childhood to a mean woman with an even nastier mother. Will Wolfe have the courage to break his engagement to pursuit Grace? Rollicking Fun

Grace is not like any of her sisters She'd rather be in her buckskins riding astride her horse with all her dogs Wolfe is a grumpy Duke trying to take care of his 7 year old twin siblings and engaged to a woman since he was a child. While I loved Grace and Wolfe and this story line, I absolutely fell in love with Connor and Sissy the twin siblings. They stole the story for me with all their antics and they are so smart!!! Maeve Grey son has written another delightful story.

I absolutely adored most of this story. The children by far made it an original with their personalities. It hard to find a truly original storyline in this genre, so I never expect something completely new. I felt the author used the children well to add some comedy and uniqueness, as well as the large family who each fill their own niche in their home and build depth to the plot. The ending was dragged out a bit unnecessarily and left me a little bored after that point when I expected to be hitting the climax. So…good book…guaranteed HEA with some chuckles thrown in.

Grace is the 3rd sister to fall in love. She and all of her sisters are pressured to get married, for love, in order for her brother to inherit the estate.
I didn’t enjoy this story as much as the 2nd book. I liked all of the characters but I thought chemistry was lacking between Grace and Wolfe. The relationship seemed naive and hurried and there wasn’t enough substance to the plot to hold my attention very well.

Animal loving Grace thinks she will be the last sister to wed but she doesn’t count on stumbling across 7 year old twins Sissy and Connor and then ‘having words’ with their big brother. As time goes by their feelings for each other change but Wolfe is betrothed to another, a contract that was signed when he was a child. A breach of promise suit could prove costly…

I love this family. There's a bunch of sisters and Chance, the brother. He won't get his inheritance until all the sisters are married. This is Grace's book. She loves animals and wearing breeches to ride in.
Wolfe is raising his little brother and sister.
I love notable children and pets in romance and this book has both of them. There was a bit of insta-lust, but otherwise, a good story.
Thank you to Dragonblade for the copy of this book. Opinions are my own.

Book three is full of subtle humor as Grace encounters two twins and their older brother, Wolf. Grace is a very free spirit, loves animals and defies convention. Wolf, is a rule follower, a general stick in the mud and engaged to someone else. Two people who are so opposite are bound to be fun when they butt heads continuously. Great story in a series about seven girls and one son.

Grace’s Saving is a fun, feel-good historical romance that pairs a wild-hearted heroine with a duty-bound duke—and throws in two mischievous twins for extra charm. Grace is fearless and refreshingly unladylike, while Wolfe is all rules and responsibility. Sparks fly from the start, and their banter is just as entertaining as their slow-burning romance.

I absolutely loved the bond between the siblings in this story. Wolfe’s twin siblings totally stole my heart—especially Connor, who’s hilariously serious about marrying Grace. It was so sweet to see how much the kids pick up on and how Grace showers them with love and acceptance.

It’s a story full of heart, humor, and just the right amount of chaos. If you love strong heroines, adorable kids, and opposites-attract romance, this one’s a winner.

A huge thank you to Maeve Grayson, NetGalley, and Dragonblade Publishing for the e-ARC.
