The Year is 2042
It is the last days of The Biblical Times. Governments are being over thrown, and a new one is rising up.
The war on drugs has escalated, springing advances in military technology all across the globe.
Eighteen-year old Samuel Forrest wants to make a difference and an impression on his father.
He throws himself into the fire of an elite Military Unit called 'The Sherpa Program'
He then is trained to be a cold blooded killer and master strategist on the battlefield.
Samuel discovers the love of his life in the military and finds a deeper purpose for life. In the coming years he is married,
and his wife is with child.
But, it is all destroyed when a deafening darkness attacks the Earth.
A vengeful species of Aliens completely obliterates the west coast of the United States, and shatters the whole planets government. Over half of all human life is wiped out, most of the worlds militaries have been destroyed first to eliminate resistance.
Samuel is shoved into the fire and has to lead the remnants of humanity against these man eating extra terrestrials.
His family is lost in the attacks, and all that he strived for is gone. The only one he has left to depend on is God.
Samuel then realizes that his story, is not about himself.
