This finishes off The 87th Copper Mountain Rodeo series and it was fabulous, will we find out what happens to Rascal the kleptomaniac dog? Meeting forty three year old Beth Dykeman and thirty six year old bronc rider Del Foster was lovely both of these people deserve a HEA will they find it?
Beth has moved back home to the family orchard in River’s Edge after the break-down of her twenty year marriage, grieving not being able to have a family she leaves Nashville to start over again with her family but it just isn’t working and her friends and family convince her to take a trip to Montana and the Aspen Mountain Spa but that goes a little wrong when Beth books herself a short holiday at The Aspen Spring Ranch so now it appears she will be at a dude ranch, but could this mistake change her life when she meets handsome Del Foster?
Del left his home in Boston seventeen years ago and moved to Montana and has been working on the Aspen Spring Ranch and bronc riding he has enjoyed his life but when his best friend is seriously injured in a fall from a bronc perhaps it is time to hang up his spurs and settle down because he wants his own ranch and a family will he find the love he wants, just maybe when he picks up a new guest at the airport, when he meets Beth the sparks abound.
Neither has ever felt this type of attraction before but finding love and happiness for them will throw a few ups and downs along the way but I loved this one Beth and Del are fabulous couple and I was cheering them on, it is a beautiful romance and one that I highly recommend.

Beth is having a hard time getting over her divorce, her friends treat her to a break in Marietta at Aspen Springs Ranch, but there's a mix up with the names as she thinks she's going to a spa not a working ranch! She has all the wrong clothes! As it's the rodeo there's nowhere else to stay.
Del meets her at the airport and feels protective of her, having no idea where the feelings are coming from.
Beth starts feeling better at the ranch, she's starting to feel like her old self, happier and looking on the bright side of things. Is this a change of scenery or Del?

I loved this book. Beth and Del's story is one full of despair and full of hope. Beth is moving on from a twenty-year marriage and Del knows he needs to make a big decision about his future. When these two meet there is so much chemistry between them. They give into that chemistry. The question is will they be able to figure out a future together? Highly recommend this book. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Forever Cowboy is a wonderful romance by Nan Reinhardt that is part of a collaboration with three other authors. That series is called Montana’s Rodeo Cowboys and this is the fourth book. It is such a fun concept that Tule Publishing has used other times in the past. This book, and the books by the other authors in this series are set in Marietta, Montana, at the time of the annual Copper Mountain rodeo. Nan’s story features Beth Dykeman. She has recently ended her 20 year marriage after many unsuccessful attempts to get pregnant. Beth had been living with her husband in Nashville but after the divorce, she quit her job and moved back to River’s Edge, Indiana. She was working at her family’s orchard. Her friends and family suggested she take a vacation and she agreed she needed to restart her life. She booked herself into the Aspen Springs resort and spa near Marietta, Montana.
Del Foster is a bronc rider that works at the Aspen Springs Ranch outside Marietta. His boss sends him to the airport to collect a guest that has booked a stay at the working ranch. He picks up Beth and when they get to the ranch she tells him she is there for the spa and he realizes they have a problem. It is the weekend of the Marietta Copper Mountain rodeo and all the accommodations are fully booked. They give Beth the option to fly back home or give it a try on the ranch. She elects to stay and is given some boots, jeans and warm clothes so can join the others in horseback riding. Del is planning to compete in the rodeo and is practicing when he has a free moment. He makes himself available to show Beth the ropes and include her. They hit it off and feel chemistry between them. He takes her out to dinner at the Graff and shows her around town. She is enjoying herself and feels that this stay is helping to restart her life as she had hoped to do.
The book includes a little dog that has been a part of each of the other books in the series. He has been named Rascal and is tough to catch. He is being fed and given water and he has been stealing clothes and things from the various cowboys and girls.
Del’s best friend Jeremy had suffered a tragic accident in the prior rodeo and was being kept on life support. He was mentioned in all of the other books in the series. Del and others have been visiting him in the hospital, praying for a miracle. Seeing Jeremy’s wife and little boy was heartbreaking.
The plan for Del is to retire after the Marietta rodeo and eventually buy a ranch in the area to fix up and train cutting horses. He shares his plans with Beth. She explains to him about not being able to have children and her ex husband refusing to adopt. She knows there’s no future for them but decides she wants to indulge in a fling before leaving. Both think about the future and what they are hoping for.
This is a heartwarming story with so many special moments between Beth and Del. I love that Nan was able to link her River’s Edge characters with this new story. Like all of Nan’s books, this is well written with genuine characters and an interesting and entertaining story. This is another 5 star book that I am happy to recommend.

Forever Cowboy is the fourth title in the multi-authored Montana’s Rodeo Cowboys series, and also the first story in the Juniper Falls Ranch series. We’ll meet Beth, who is reeling from a recent divorce, and she’s returned home to River’s Edge, to her family and friends. It’s obvious that Beth is not dealing with the divorce and the reasons behind that action very well. Her dreams have been shattered, and she sees no clear future for herself, not if she cannot be the one thing she most desired. So, her family and friends do what those who have our back do: they sent Beth off on a vacation to a spa in Montana to recharge, regroup, and heal. Only, a mix-up in the names of this vacation location will lead Beth down a very different path, perhaps to a future she couldn’t have imagined possible.
Del is a working cowboy at the Aspen Springs Ranch. Not only a functioning ranch, but a vacation resort as well for those who want a touch of the cowboy life. He’s also a rodeo cowboy who is coming to realize that his dreams lie elsewhere, in owning his own ranch. He’s almost decided that this will be his last year on the rodeo circuit, and the Copper Mountain Rodeo in nearby Marietta, Montana, is the perfect time to walk away… while he still can.
When Del and Beth meet, it isn’t a lights flashing, instant love attraction; in fact, Del is seeing Beth at perhaps one of her worst moments. It’s more of a slow burn, a recognition of someone who could matter, someone who could be what each has been unknowingly searching for… someone who gets them, who accepts them for exactly who they are in this moment. They only have a week to see if their future can become more than a dream.
I have enjoyed Ms Reinhardt’s River Edge world over the years, and it was fun to revisit some old friends again, even if only briefly. Marietta, Montana, is a world that Beth will be stunned by in so many ways, as this town nestled in the valley of the Copper Mountains works its magic on her wounded soul. And the beginning of a new series, with Beth and Del as the starting point. Three intertwined worlds. This is one of the reasons I enjoy this author’s stories so much.
There are some heavy subjects addressed in Forever Cowboy, treated with compassion and tender grace. I loved how the characters were shown as human, emotional, at times, devastated humans who were dealing with what life handed them in the only ways they knew how. Healing isn’t always easy, grief comes in many forms, and watching both Beth and Del heal alongside each other was an emotional, satisfying journey. I loved this couple and cannot wait to continue the Juniper Falls Ranch series. If you love a well-written, emotional, believable romance with characters you’ll fall in love with, then Forever Cowboy by Nan Reinhardt is perfect for you.

Forever Cowboy by Nan Reinhardt is a sweet wonderful romantic story. We meet Beth Dykeman, who was married for 20 years, and is now divorced; because she was not successful in her inability of having children. Beth returns home to her family, in Rivers Edge, Indiana, helping on their shop and cider.
Beth’s life is falling apart after her divorce, and she just can’t seem to get back on track. Her friends and family decide to send her on a trip to Aspen Montana for a week to relax at a spa. Beth is shocked when the cowboy who picks her up indicates that she’s heading for a working ranch, not a resort.
Delano (Del) Foster works on the Aspen Ranch which offers holidays, horses, food and learn what it is like to work on a real ranch. Del is the one who picked up Beth at the airport, as she realizes she was not going to the correct place. She will decide early the next to stay at the ranch, and Del begins to feel something about Beth that seems special. Del is a very respected bronco rider, who is planning his retirement after the last rodeo. His best friend suffered serious catastrophic damage during his last rodeo, and is in a coma, which he will not survive.
Both Del and Beth begin to have strong feelings for each other, as their instant chemistry sizzles. Beth thought she would never feel anything again. Del doesn’t want her to leave, after the week is up. He shows Beth that he plans to buy a ranch of his own, with both of them being together. Beth does feel strongly about Del, but on their final night, she says she has to go back home; as she is not sure she can handle her past issues. When Beth returns home, both her and Del constantly show pictures and other fun stuff, keeping their relationship open.
I did like all of the people at Aspan Ranch. I also got a kick out of the dog, Rascal who kept appearing. Beth and Del will in a short time, realize that they are very much in love, and she will return to Montana, and they keep the dog too. Lol
Forever Cowboy was a sweet, touching, heartwarming romance, with hope and second chances in life and love. Forever Cowboy was very well written by Nan Reinhardt. This was a sweet fun story, which I suggest you read.

Beth Dykeman's life has changed after her 20 yr marriage has ended and she went back to her hometown of River's Edge IN and worked on the family Apple orchard, trying to pull her life together. It was suggested that she needs a break and she books herself into a spa in Wyoming, for a week only to discover she is not at the right place, she ends up on a Dude ranch, so she makes the best of it. And a real life cowboy comes driving into her life..
Del Foster is a rodeo cowboy who is working at the Aspen Springs ranch when he is not on the back of a bronc. Meeting Beth makes his decision to hang up his spurs all the more real, he wants a ranch of his own and Beth. Can he show her what life would be like with him if she stayed and started a new life with him.
That instant chemistry was so hot and wonderful, can those moments be enough to build a life when they have only known each other for a short time. Del will do anything to have his dream, his ranch and Beth.
This story moved a little slowly for me in the beginning, but it soon had me turning the pages. I loved Del from the beginning and Beth had to grow on me a little bit. We get to go back to Sage's Chocolate shop, The Graff hotel and all the other wonderful places that make up this town. There are many moments where this book makes you laugh, sigh and a few tears, but once you started it you will not want to put it down. Its got everything we love in a modern western romance, hot cowboys, sassy gals and wonderful small town charm.

Meeting Beth makes his decision to hang up his spurs all the more real, he wants a ranch of his own and Beth. That instant chemistry was so hot and wonderful, can those moments be enough to build a life when they have only known each other for a short time. Del will do anything to have his dream, his ranch and Beth.

This book is great. And what a fantastic love story. I highly recommend "Forever Cowboy" to you all and I know you are going to love the book as much as I did.
Sometimes we get lucky and get a second chance at love and some people are so hurt in their marriages that they are not willing to love again. But remember if you do not take a chance on love you might be missing a wonderful life ahead of you. This is a story about Beth Dykeman and Del Foster and it tells about how they met and fell in love and what chances they were willing to take for love.

Del shows her a new side of life, the adventurous kind where you leave the past behind and embrace the moment. Feelings long dormant bloom in her heart and on her last night, she has a fling with Del. But life has a way of surprising you, as Beth soon learns. Can Beth and Del realize their dreams are within reach if only they let their hearts lead them?

I didn't think I could read a book by Nan Reinhardt that takes place outside of River's Edge and love it but this book proved me wrong! Even though Beth, the main character, is from River's Edge, almost the whole story takes place in Montana. I hope the author has plans to write more stories in Montana because she's great at writing cowboys! This story had a lot of tender feelings plus life of the cowboy. Beth's life is falling apart after her divorce, and she just can't seem to get back on track. Her friends and family decide to send her on a trip to Montana to a spa to help her get away from their hometown and have some time on her own to relax. However, things don't go as planned when the reservations aren't for a spa but a working ranch! That's about as far from what Beth is comfortable with! Beth is going to hightail is out of there as soon as possible except for one thing - Del Foster. Their instant chemistry shocks Beth (and Del!) and she can't seem to make those reservations to leave.
Del is going to leave the rodeo circuit and buy a ranch of his own. His best friend is lying in the hospital after a devastating rodeo injury, and he can't wrap his mind around it. Beth is a huge surprise in his life! She would never stay in Montana - would she? There were some tears shed while reading this book, I can tell you!

In this latest and last story of the series, we are taken back to Montana and Marietta’s 87th Copper Mountain Rodeo. It’s the place where lives change and the single cowboys are finding true love.
Del Foster is one of those cowboys. A well respected bronco rider, he’s starting to consider a retirement from his life in the rodeo. Especially after his best friend is in an accident that leaves him in a coma and the possibility of a toddler without a dad.

Beth has left Nashville after her 20 year marriage ends because she wasn't able to have children. She moves back home to Indiana to work with her family at their orchard. She is depressed over her inability to have children and isn't sure that moving home was the right move so she decides to take a week's vacation at a spa in Montana to give her time to think about her life. When she books her trip, she makes a major mistake and ends up at a working dude ranch. The rodeo is in town so there is no room at the spa and she decides to stay at the ranch for a week. Del is a rodeo cowboy who works at the ranch when he's not on tour. He's recently made a decision not to continue rodeo but hasn't told anyone yet. He and Beth have an instant attraction and she decides to follow through because it will only be a vacation fling. But life has a way of changing plans and she has decisions to make. Author Nan Reinhardt’s setting segue from River’s Edge, a beloved small town in southern Indiana, to yet another beloved town in Montana, is an unqualified success. Forever Cowboy brings us Del Foster and Beth Dykeman (whom we first met in River’s Edge). They met through mistakes not their own and came together in rushes of emotion and yearning. They are both mature people who’ve known loss and heartache in their lives and whose fears and doubts of forever are both understandable and … well, hopeful. You never give up on them, and there’s joy in finding out if they give up on each other.

Forever Cowboy by Nan Reinhardt is part of Montana’s Rodeo Cowboys Series that has various authors. River's Edge meets Marietta in this story with the Copper Mountain Rodeo going on full steam. A confused booking has Beth Dykeman’s plans to spend a week at a spa mixed with a week at a working dude ranch. What a mix up but is it not a good one? Delano Foster and Beth Dykeman hit it off perfectly in this story. It is a wonderful story of mature but not actually too old characters. They enjoy each other’s company, have communication skills, being honest with themselves along with each other. Low drama between the characters makes this story entertaining, and a pleasure to read.

I always enjoy Nan Reinharwdt’s books and, while Forever Cowboy, takes place on a ranch near the quaint Montana town of Marietta, it references River’s Edge Indiana, where her most recent books have taken place. by Nan Reinhardt. This book is both the fourth in the multi-author Montana’s Rodeo Cowboys series and the first in this author’s new Juniper Falls series. It’s got all those warm and encompassing feels for which Nan Reinhardt is famous, and you really feel as though you’re immersed in the landscape as she describes the settings so well. I loved following Gus and Beth falling in love and I’m looking forward to seeing where the next book will take us.

What a joy it was to return to Marietta, Montana for this story about hope, moving on, and finding home. I really liked Beth and how she was trying to find herself after her divorce from Doug. It was nice her friends were sending her to a spa in Montana where she could indulge herself. Funny how that is not what happenned. She ended up staying at a working ranch called Aspen Springs Ranch. I enjoyed the story that followed and the wonderful characters. It made me want to visit Montana. I received an advance copy of this book and I willingly chose to write an honest review.

Beth and Del’s story brought me to tears a few times even though it had a really funny mishap where she an events planner thinks she has booked a room at a luxurious spa has really booked herself a room at a working dude ranch.
I so hope book 2 of the Bloom Sisters gives me more of this couples story , they were such a wonderful couple with great chemistry, which I think surprised them as much as it did me, and I’m just not ready to let them go.

I really enjoyed how Del and Beth's story begins after the pamper trip she was expecting turns into a ranch experience and so much more for both. It was wonderful seeing these two grow closer with each day and are both ready for a new chapter in their lives.
This was a wonderful read that has some heartbreak, good laughs, romance as well as a cute wee dog and more.
