Fiery and addictive! This mafia insta-love story delivers on all fronts. From the first time Layla and Fionn meet, sparks are already flying and it does not slow down from there.
The pacing is perfect for a novella, it had a good balance between plot and romance. The mafia aspect added just the right amount of grittiness and danger, while the insta-love brought out all the swoon-worthy fun moments. Fionn is a possessive, obsessive, dangerous alpha, but has a sweet spot for his girl. The passion was 🥵 but their relationship was also sweet and had depth. Despite the length of the book, the author does a great job of creating believable, thought-out characters and an interesting plot.
This is pure guilty-pleasure romance done right! I can’t wait for the next installment in this series.

Loved this book!! A quick read with an intriguing story line. I couldn’t put it down! I would recommend it to anyone wanting a quick, fun, and exciting read!

Fionn and Layla
I had so much fun reading this novella. Fionn knew what he wanted and didn't stop until he finally got Layla. They were adorable together. He wanted everything with her and Layla wanted to be with him. They complemented each other well. The story was fun and steamy.

OMGEEEE! How freaking cute was that?! I loved how Rowan made awesome characters, and fun plot, and a set up for a next book in this novella! I can’t WAIT for the next one 🤩 love me a good rich, alpha male! I wouldn’t be mad if I ran in to Fionn’s massive pecs ;)

This was a fun, quick read! Fionn was smitten with Layla from the beginning and I loved it. Some parts had me giggling and kicking my feet 🤭 “I will not kiss my boss. I will not kiss my boss.”
Can’t wait to see what happens with the rest of the O’Coill family!
