Complete guide to PA gardening in a monthly format. Perfect for the newer gardener but there's probably something for everyone in here.

This addresses care, planting, troubleshooting and pests common to Pennsylvania gardens for each month of the year. Each month-chapter has guidance around trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, vines and roses.

Beautiful photos and helpful illustrations make this a year round reference book. The only thing that would make this book better is a list of PA native plants but it's otherwise a pretty perfect guide.

After one full year of a pandemic-induced gardening spree, I can definitely say I am a better gardener than I was before Covid-19. No small part of that is a result of this book, which definitely lives up to the title. Super practical. Strongly recommended.
