If anyone has struggled with the issues of weight, this is a nice read. We all know what it takes and probably have tried every diet on the market. This book can be used as a guide to help you with your eating issues. Is it going to solve the problem, yes, if you do your part.

Testimonials are shared by other women in the same situation. I am sure we can all relate to the their stories. Some share how it's been a problem all of their lives to how the men in their lives like to use their weight against them. Either way it's time to take your life back and become healthy.

The book confirms what you already know and it does teach you new ways of dealing with the issues! The fact that Ms. Williams deals with the challenges of weight loss is to be commended!
