This is my first book by Marissa.. She writes so well. She gives the reader an obliterate space in Mariah's mind through which we observe her life without her knowledge, without her knowing that the reader is actually watching. Her characters are well developed and one cant help liking, hating, judging and even loving them. A good read indeed.
This was a great book, and explored the complex issues that older women and younger men face when they enter into a relationship. But this book was highly entertaining and kept my attention from page one through the end, which I thought was wrapped up nicely!
When I read it I was actually in that type of relationship. I laughed as some of her feelings and perceptions were my own. Excellent, clean read to understand the mind of "cougar" relationships with both parties and if children are involved their perception as well.
