Where Bear Love #1

Where Bear Dance

Rate this book
The men living out here in the forest are all gorgeous. Muscled, bearded, always shirtless... But they're also kind of strange. For one thing, they're not fazed at all when a pack of bears shows up.

Once I understand why the bears don't scare them, they won't let me go home. It's not so bad, though. Even if one of the werebears wants me dead, another thinks I might be his mate!

Where Bear Dance is a 140-page paranormal romance novella. Due to some sexual content between a gruff, sexy werebear and a virgin, fertile BBW, it is intended for mature audiences only.

This novella stands alone, but is also the first in a trilogy.

Penny has some big lady balls, "not going to ask me how I am? I'm the one who was ripped away from my whole life, you know?" Cress once he gets past everything that he thought about Penny can be a pretty sweet guy, "we'll never wait again," he promises. "Now that I know you're mine, I'll never let you go again." I mean he's just full of romance, "his thrusts get faster. "I want to finish inside you," he growls. "I want you to get pregnant. To have my cubs." This was an alright read, its' quick so if you find yourself standing in a long line in a store you can totally finish it.

Not awful, but I've read better

The heroine is shallow and not particularly likeable, although she does improve somewhat. It is nice to read a book in this genre wherein the hero isn't a man-whore. The formatting should be fixed. All in all, I downloaded the book for free and can't complain that I did not get my money's worth.

For me this was just an okay read. Shifter storyline that was interesting but felt it was a little lacking. I just didn't warm up to the story. Penny who is a human comes across as naïve and a little disparate to be loved for who she is. Most of the bears seemed shallow and judgmental. Why anyone would want to join them is beyond me.
