From author Kamery Solomon comes Adrastia, the fourth title in the bestselling series, The God Chronicles.

“This series is excellently written. Much more compelling for a woman than the original "Thor" movies/books. You end up loving the inner fight that these characters go through. You won't regret this read at all.”

The storyline in Adrastia was well developed, and I could feel the connection this time. The ending of this story was heartbreaking, but I've expected it, so I wasn't that sad when it happened and also not surprised by the cliffhanger that's followed. We read a little bit of Hades and Katrina's story here, and yeah the poor couple still couldn't be together, but we know that Hades found a way to fix the problem, and he just needed Cristos' help with something which would be revealed in the final book, Exoria.

***** 5 Star Review
Adrastia by Kamery Solomon

This is the 4th book in The God Chronicles. This book just might be my favorite. I loved this book. There is not one single part of this that I would change and I never wanted this to end. I cannot wait for the next book in this series. This world and this author are addicting. You will feel the same way if you have read any of the read any of the previous work from Kamery Solomon. This book was so real to me that I had dreams about it.

The story starts off with Cristos, son of Zeus hunting down what escaped from Tartarus. He was born into conflict and has spent his life thus far fighting to imprison the Titans once more to save his family. Cristos and Arsenio, son of Poseidon, work together to hunt down those that belongs in Tartarus. Along the way, Arsenio and Cristos meet a young beautiful woman. Her name is Avalon. She is working with the Red Cross in Moscow trying to help those that she can with her medical knowledge. But there is something ‘special’ about Avalon (I won’t tell you what it is; you WILL have to read to find out). This special thing about her can drive a wedge between the cousins (Cristos and Arsenio), or they can team together like they have done in the past to come up with a plan. There will be a battle. Will there be a winner? This book will answer these questions…. But wait… there’s more. Did Hades leave you want to know more about Kat and Hades? Well, here’s your chance… read this book and you will get more info on what happened and how their story is progressing.

One last thing to leave you with… Someone will have their heart torn out. But is that literal or figurative??

First I would like to not only thank the author for allowing me to read her book, but to take this moment to tell her how incredible brilliant and talented she is!
I have been a lover of Greek mythology since I was small. so when I was asked to read and review it, I said yes.
I was not sure what to expect from this author. I am not too familiar with her work. Needless to say I was pleased. Her writting is amazing. Her character development is spot on and very unique.
It was a fun and fast read. I literally read it in a few hours. She did her research and included some lesser known gods and goddesses. Imagine Clash of the Titans set in a modern world and twist it. Kamery you now have a fan for life!

I enjoyed Cristos proudness about himself, "I'm really good at tracking and exacting punishment," I said, slamming one of the cupboards shut as more footsteps sounded on the second floor. "Sometime's there's lightning involved." He's so honest, "If I'd wanted to take you, I would have," he glowered. "But I'm not that kind of man. You would do well to stop assuming I am." When all is calm and good between Avalon and Cristos I enjoyed reading the scenes so much especially one, "I didn't remember you coming to bed," she whispered, laughter shaking her small frame. "I don't know who else I thought it was, but I was just making sure." You'll have to read the book to finish the scene but that was my favorite out of the book.

I have really enjoyed every book in the God Chronicles series, but there was something about Adrastia that just goes beyond the rest of them. The characters, the scenery, everything was so well written that you felt as though you were living in the story. I can not wait to see how Kamery develops future books in this series.

Great but

Spoilers Don’t get me wrong I liked this book but I didn’t like that it skipped 26 years and that hades and Katrina have to keep reliving her terrible awful death over and over or that his brothers wouldn’t help him save her or that cristos’s parents tried to kill the love of his life or that karly seemed like an entirely different person more cold and distant other than that it was good

An enjoyable read, but the turning of the ‘god’ from hating the protagonist to being in love with her, was a bit unrealistic to have happened so quickly.
Some errors throughout and quite a short story, but Interesting to see what happens next.

Well. This is definitely the best book of the whole series. Though, I love Poseidon way more than Adrastia but that love stems from a relationship I have with him from long ago. I loved this book because it was not rushed, it took its time to build, and had spots you cannot help but admire. You have to like the hero of this book along with the heroine. Both were rightful characters who had a different kind of nice about them. The story was full of suspense. The only thing you knew is what the Graeae had said will be true but didn't know how. Which was clawing my brain and made me want to hit something. But because I knew the ending would be cliffhanger, I read on with such an expectation and wasn't so hurt by it as I was by Hades. :( The plot was great!
PLEASE FINISH WRITING THE SERIES QUICKLY, VERY QUICKLY. I simply cannot wait!!!!!!

Ok, I know I said Hades was my favourite in this series. I would like to revoke that.
Adrastia, wow. Just wow. I have been rendered speechless and my heart lodged in my throat with this latest installment of The God Chronicles.
The characters, the writing, the plot.it all just gets better and better. I felt as if I was walking along side Christos, Avalon and Arsenio and could feel everything they felt.
My heart all but broke at the end, but shone with a glimmer of hope.

Kamery, once again you have delivered and I cannot wait to see what is in store for us next.
