4.5*

wasn’t a big fan of the format as there were links in the physical book as well as videos which could only be watched on the kindle copy, and where no actual names of the studies that the author mentioned. was really interested in looking at a couple of those, uhhh

overall was a very interesting and simply written insight into our bodies, why our joints/muscles hurt as well as how the majority of the doctors treat these problems.

was interesting to see how small alterations or breaks in our joints could lead to big consequences and bigger problems.

This is tricky topic but with your personal story and wonderful graphics plus supportive articles, you made it easy to read and understand. I am so happy that I came across your website and purchased this book from Kindle store. I feel much more informed and hopeful about certain issues one of my friend is facing. Thanks for your great insight.

High-level and broad overview of the application of regenerative medicine, particularly the methods applied at the author's clinic (Regenexx), to multiple orthopaedic problems. Written in a simple way enabling the layman to follow along, still includes multiple references to scientific studies.
