JUST WHY?
Ok honestly... Really good book. Seriously invested. However, is a cliffhanger and the sequel isn't available on Kindle. Not just ku .. but it's only available as a flipping $20 paperback. Not finna happen. Sorry not sorry.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS BOOK!
It is an emotional rollercoaster ride you never want to end. I laughed and I cried and at times the excitement and angst was so intense I felt jittery and my heart was pounding. Alpha Wolf gang's character is the type of character you Love to hate and hate to love but eventually he does try to redeem himself. Aurora is this shy, meek and mild wolf who get knocked down at every turn but she never gives up no matter how bad she wants too. You can't help but love her character. Although at times she let herself be a doormat to Alpha Wolfgang. When she finally starts to come into her own she becomes a total bad*ss but she still doubts herself alot. She strong but also vulnerable. I had my suspicions as to what she was, her lineage I mean, but she is so much more. This book ends in a major cliffhanger and I can't find the next book on Galatea. I highly recommend this book to everyone but be warned you may not be able to find the sequel

Interesting but incomplete, requires you to use a per chapter app for the rest of the story
I was excited when I saw this since Kindle unlimited supposedly doesn't allow authors to have books on KU if they are on other sites as well. Unfortunately the author seems to be shadily getting around that by only putting a small portion of the book onto KU and providing links to Galatea for the rest of her works. Add in the fact that this is a good start to a book and the cost of Galatea is excessive, and now I'm annoyed because I won't know what happens.
If you want a feel for the author's work, this is a good introduction but don't expect a full story without added expense.

February 14, 2026I read this on a website that only allows you to read one chapter every six hours. So that annoying presentation did the story no favours. But I finished it, only to find out that there is no resolution. There may be book two but not sure I care enough to look it up.
This story goes through several iterations of the MMC being a jerk to the FMC and her crying about it.
The fated mates thing may be a stroke of luck for him, because the way he's acting, there's no way he'd be able to keep a girlfriend unless some poor wolf was stuck having him.

This book was agonizing and painful to read
Of course I want them to be together, but I want it to be something she wants and is able to forgive him… Even though he doesn’t deserve it.. so I’m excited to read the next books

The alphas wolf , Max, and supporting characters were the best part. The alpha was so full of himself and abusive. Doesn’t deserve to be alpha. The Luna had no redeeming qualities either. She was not meek but weak. First part all she did was bad mouth her stepmother that was only nice to her. The Luna was not kind as others praised her to be. I probably won’t read book 2 especially if the alpha is forgiven and they get together. He did too much damage.
