Eating healthy can help you feel better, sleep better and have more energy. This book shows how food can be like medicine for your body. It has easy tips and fun activities to help you learn what foods are good for you. The words are simple, and you don’t need to know anything about nutrition to understand it. It’s great for anyone who wants to take small steps toward feeling healthier and happier every day.
