This is an anthology where the stories are gifted free of all charge or royalty to the benefit of The Lymphoma Association UK (Charity No. 1068395)
So many famous authors have given willingly of their best short fiction to this anthology and the publisher has published it entirely free of charge except for the physical print and supply cost of each book.

The stories are as diverse and as original as the authors themselves. When compiling the book, the publisher requested work that was a true reflection of each author's voice and individuality. There are many 'signature' pieces of work inside these covers as you will discover

Rarely is it possible to find a book that gives such insight into the minds and MO of the contributing authors. Prefacing each story is a 'potted' biography of the author who has contributed it. At the front of the book is a brief explanation of how the book came to be published and who will benefit from the sales.
The stories themselves are so varied and eclectic, but always managing to cling to the remit of 'Watch & Wait', which turns out to be the term used by oncologists to describe the periods of remission experienced by sufferers of Lymphoma, the most common form of blood cancer, and the most frequently diagnosed cancer amongst young people.
My favourite is 'Fahrenheit 4591' by Rony Robinson. It's almost an 'out of body' experience, but once picked up, this is a difficult book to put down. Still undecided about what to get your best friend for their Birthday or Christmas? This is the one...
