This is the fourth book in the Rule Series and was previously known as Warlocks Rule. Jack and Silver's story continues two years later after he's disappeared with his vampire friends while she is working hard to find a cure for him. She is desperate to return him to mortal form, so desperate that she's willing to risk her own life and seek out the one powerful entity who might be able to get rid of Jack's fangs. She's afraid Jack is moving on.... and he is. Because he's realized she won't get on with her life until he does, he stops visiting her in her dreams. But when he finds out she's on the verge of making a fatal mistake, he returns to Bliss to save her.
Born and raised in California, I fell in love with writing while reading The Outsiders. Then I fell in love with Stephen King's writing style. I enjoy reading many types of books, but YA Paranormal is my favorite. I used to write for Harlequin under a different name. So that's my background. Exciting, no?
I have several books out now including Vampires Rule, Werewolves Rule, Crushed, Witch Hunt, Bait, and 4-Ever Hunted along with the others in the series.
Book 4 in this series didn’t disappoint at all. This book happens 2 years after the last book. I did not expect the ending. Kasi has kept me on my toes throughout this series and this was the same just when I thought I had it figured out she made the plot unexpected. This book leaves you wanting more. Love the development of characters and plot line.
Ok so apparently there is another book after this one, I'm eagerly swiping for the next page and its "but wait, find out in the next book." So I'm going to read the next book now because it's gonma be great!
I love how each of these books spiral around each other. For each time they do come around more information is added about other characters and how they become more important to the story arch of the book. Let us not forget how the prominent characters also grow as well.
The see-saw of going from one disaster to another seems to slow down a bit or I just got used to it I am not sure of. But, I do like Jack's resourcefulness in how he deals with the disasters that do come to light.
