Read the introduction. It resonated with me and all the different things I work at and put it into a new light. Everyone coaches something, whether it is others or yourself. The message and opportunity in this book is there for you to pick up and put to use.
Shell writes like you are having a conversation with her, and it just flows. Well worth a re-read and use with practical reflection.
