Bleeding Angels MC #1

Seasons of Change

Rate this book
Six years ago, Aimee's father was gunned down in a police shoot-out with the Bleeding Angels MC. Her only comfort came from her childhood best friend Jake Summers. Six years later, she's facing the terrifying reality that Jake will soon be taken away by the Angels, who ruled her hometown of Painted Rock with an iron fist.

Like the other young men in Painted Rock, Jake has two either get out of town or serve his time with the Angels. No matter what he chooses, it means losing Aimee forever.

Aimee has lost enough to the Bleeding Angels and she'll be damned if she loses Jake to them too. But in a town that lost its last fighting chance six years ago to a hailstorm of bullets, is there ever truly a choice or will they fall to the primitive doctrine that might makes right?

All of the characters seemed fairly immature and it was a pretty extreme and sort of unrealistic situation for the entire town to be in. I really don't see how an entire town can be that manhandled and no one has stepped in.

Liked it! Storyline was entertaining and suspenseful. Aimee and Jake have always had each others back. First as friends then as lovers but that's about to change with his upcoming birthday. The Bleeding Angels MC run the town and take what they want including every male who turns 20. Storyline was definitely different but one that I want to read more just to see what happens. Hate that it was a cliffhanger.

Different

This MC novel is a bit different than others that I have read. The way the Angel's have taken over the whole town seems a bit far fetched but then again, I don't live in that kind of world. This is another multiple book read to get the full story, so don't expect any sort of closure.

I brought this book home with me on this past Tuesday night and started it Wednesday morning before I went to work and finished the book when I got home. I could not put it down. it was that good. Now I hope the other 2 will soon come out in book form instead of the Kindle( which I have). Awesome book.

I found it to be unrealistic, and as a personal preference I prefer the bikers to not be the bad guys. It was just too Mad Max for me.

Story did not grab me!

The book starting repeating itself from the beginning. Seem to repeat the same old stuff over and over. Not a fun read.
