Previously Mafia romance wasn't really my thing but Klepp really has this genre growing on me. I feel like the sex scenes for this one were top notch and I dare say spicier than some of the other stories in this series. I personally love the poly and why choose aspects of this story.

I did like this one at the start but wasn’t so sure at the end.
I really did like Marcy, Griffin and Grady. I loved the way that they pushed her but didn’t overly push her when they realised she wasn’t ready.
But I knew something bad was going to happen in the guys fight granted I thought it would be something to do with her dad.
In all honesty I often don’t get why we need the additional people. Caleb seemed nice and I kinda get why Griffin and Grady were willing to share her with him. But to find out that Marco there enemy had a history with her and then share with him just seemed odd to me.
I really did like Marcy, Griffin and Grady. I loved the way that they pushed her but didn’t overly push her when they realised she wasn’t ready.

Holy Hell!!! This was very DARK, filled with trauma and soul crushing.
Marcy has been through more hell then moat of her family knew. Her parents were absolute trash and monsters. Starting in on her when she was 6.
She suffered intense bullying for her weight and attempted suicide. But she is a gorgeous, strong, smart, SEXY woman.
She can't believe that Griffin and Grady really feel things for her and want her so badly. But they show her just how serious they are. Enter Caleb, this fellow flirty trauma survivor. Who is also a play partner for both the twins and has it bad for Marcy as well.
Then we meet the demon, Marco!!! This man has been stalking Marcy for 10 years as a way to look after her, torture her parents and fuck her. And when I finally happens.... DAMN!!!

Again, the banter from Nilah, Gus, Parker and Jeramy was hilarious!! I love how Marcy finally opened up about so much and Nilah was there for her. The family suffered through so much with Marcy and giving her support.

This is book 6 in this series. This book is about Marcy and the hot mafia twins Grady and Griffin. Marcy is an insecure person with low self esteem who has had so many past traumas that she's had to endure. The twins are perfect for her and want to love her and also help her heal. I loved how Marcy grew and learned to love herself and know her worth. Other male characters do also enter the relationship dynamic. And the spice is spicing.

Ruthless Bonds: Dark. Brutal. Vengeful. All things that bring this emotionally raw book to life for the readers. A story of revenge mixed in with survival layers this series. This book and series give off the secret society vibes, with spice that has the reader wanting to be claimed by the Bane brothers.
Merciful Vow: The spice does not let up on this one. Talk about a train ride. Holy lanta. Emily does an amazing job making the audience blush and the reader wanting to hide this book from their grandparents. There is no descreteness in this book. If you like stuff that makes you hot while still questioning your sanity then look no further.
Dark Reckoning: Emotional turmoil check, trauma? Check, violence? Check Spice? Double check. this book continues on giving us Nilah. I love these female characters as Emily always gives us some empowerment behind their story no matter how traumatic it is.
Sinful Deception: Here we enter Gianna's Story. Another strong FMC that comes to terms with her traumas and have the help of a couple men that will burn the world for her. Each installment making me question my sanity a little more and wondering what each of these men would be like and which one might be my favorite.
Corrupt Desire: Lets take a ride with Jeramy and Raelynn. Her life is anything but cush and pretty, but thats where Jeramy comes in teaching her to defend herself. When Raelynn's dad comes up with a devious plan. Jeramy will ultimately help save the day and give Raelynn what she really needs in life.
Brutal Reign: Dark and soul crushing delivered in a special package for us. Marcy is the main individual in this story. A strong sexy woman who has developed a side family and friendship to help during her time of need for support. Let alone the spice was intense, to say the least. Throw in some stalking and you got another banger from Emily.
Hidden Shadows: Lets dig in deeper to Luciana in this installment. Meeting Gage who is here therapist and a BDSM club owner. You can only imagine where this is going. And why can't I have a therapist like that. This book is hot as can be and I can't possibly do it justice without spoiling so I'll just leave it as this series is top notch and I need more from Emily.

Gus, Jeramy and Nilah make an appearance in this book as it flows on from the previous book so well and shows that Marcy has been fighting her own demons for a long time. This is from having a dark sordid past, due to a past of sexual abuse from her parents. Feeling unworthy of any attention from the opposite sex, she degrades herself constantly. Also being a curvy girl and being slammed all through her youth by her mother has her rejecting any interest shown her way.
Twins Griffin and Grady feel an instant attraction towards Marcy, and even though there is an age gap and they are Marcy's best friends fathers, they know to go slow with their skittish girl. But be assured they WILL get their girl.
Marcy seems to attract the attention of more than 2 men, as when she meets Caleb, who works at the gym with Grady and Griffin, she finds out that he too has secretly been crushing on her from afar. Finding out Griffin and Grady are bisexual and encourage Caleb to win over Marcy's heart has HER swooning!

The twins Griffin and Grady who we met in the previous book, want to get to know her better, in the nicest possible way 🥵. They own a gym and train people, she joins them as their administrator. As the story moves on, we end up with another male in the relationship, Caleb who also coaches at the gym. They have a fight night to attend where it so happens her recently released parents will be. Will it end up with her in a fight? Will she find her own justice?
Marcy ends up with four older men in her polyamorous relationship, it was a total smut fest and enormous 🍆 plus a little plot as with all in this series. Loved how they help Marcy to overcome her trauma 🤭

This was dark and really waisted but i loved it! This is the 6th in the Dark Allegiance Series. The FMC Marcy was an amazing, sexy, super strong woman, with a will to survive. Marcy has been through hell her whole life. Once again with the shitty ass parents that need a good throat punch cause they treated her like trash. Then came along Griffey and Grady the twins that were head over heels for her. Then Caleb wit the trauma past came next. Then the priest of evil of the bunch was Marco. Call me toxic but I like Marco ranted he did stalk Marcy for 10 years to make sure she was okay. He may have stalked her, but he handled her parents like a champ. It you read and find that out but it was very satisfying. This was by far a really good book. Emily Klepp Through everything at Dark Allegiance.

This one had some surprising twists that I didn't see coming! Wow it was so good!
Marcy is living with the trauma of her childhood, and has fallen for older twins who make it their mission to worship, love and support her, take care of her, guide her. I love it! And who wouldn't want to be the filling of a twin sandwich lol.
I will say, the attack that happens during the fight towards the end seemed out of nowhere, and out of place. I'm not sure what the point of that really was, as Marcy had a ton of trauma and demons to contend with as it was. The ones that did weren't even connected to her in any way. It just seemed so odd. Not enough to take away stars, but it didn't add to anything in the story.

I really liked the personal growth that Marcy‘s character had in this one. And I would have to say my favorite line in the book is “return of the dildos.” it made me feel like I was reading a Star Wars inspired 🌽. Then Caleb comes in swinging with his big ole donkey 🍆 . I don’t know how Marci is even walking at this point, but I’ll tell you one thing, nothing helps getting over trauma like getting underneath 4 hot dudes. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Book 6 in the Dark Allegiance series, is another brilliant read, Dark twisted and very very good. check the trigger warnings.
Marcy doesn't believe she deserves love or attention; her past trauma has left parts of her hidden and shattered until she meets twin Mafia bosses Grady and Griffin.
Grady and Griffin are surprisingly sweet, they work hard to help change Marcys trauma response of self doubt and how hard she is on herself, Marcys response to her trauma gives distinctive body dysphoria vibes, which is unfortunately a common response and a difficult one to overcome.
Another aspect I enjoyed is the excellent explanation of how rage and CPTSD often go hand in hand and are often a triggered response in a person.

Grady and Griffin are surprisingly sweet, they work hard to help change Marcys trauma response of self doubt and how hard she is on herself, Marcys response to her trauma gives distinctive body dysphoria vibes, which is unfortunately a common response and a difficult one to overcome.
Another aspect I enjoyed is the excellent explanation of how rage and CPTSD often go hand in hand and are often a triggered response in a person.

OMG . What an emotional rollercoaster that sucks you right in from the very first page and does not let go . I started reading late last night and to say I did not get any sleep would definitely be an understatement. The hell that Macy has been through, the emotional and physical toll it’s taken on her life . Omg did my heart break for her so many times . I mean really she’s been though more then anyone should have to endure . A past of being bullied over her struggles with her weight , abuse from her parents , attempted suicide . Now as an adult she's a strong , confident, resilient and sexy woman . Griffin , Grady , Caleb and Marco are her guys and how do you even choose between them . All 4 want her and all and they’ll stop at nothing to have her

there are a lot of triggers in this book, I've yet to be triggered reading Emily's books but this one was hard!

From the moment Marcy entered the series, I have been waiting for her book. She is this outwardly sassy personality, but underneath she has emotional scars that run deep. Watching the tiwns, Griffin and Grady, both fluster and support Marcy was just a delight to read. But in true dark romance style, their path isn't easy and there were some unexpected surprises. One thing that was unique about this book in the series is that the man surrounding Marcy had personal relationships. At one point in the story is was one big steamy free for all, and readers are in for a treat. This set of characters, Marcy, Griffin, Grady, Caleb, and Marco may be my favorite yet.

This novella captured my attention from the very beginning. Marcy is a character everyone can relate to; she works alongside two incredibly attractive twin brothers. Familiar faces from the previous book reappear, highlighting the many challenges she has faced in her life. In this installment, she also encounters more charming men, including Caleb, who collaborates with the twins, and Marcus, who has been harboring a crush on her. With four men vying for her affection, it seems almost too good to be true! To make things even more intriguing, the twins are open-minded, giving Marcy a unique advantage. They are all ready to protect her, and I absolutely loved this book!

I loved this book so much!
Marcy just started working for Grady and Griffin and they are flirting a lot. Unfortunately, Marcy’s past experiences and trauma have her convinced that there’s no way these two gorgeous men could ever want her. So Grady and Griffin have their work cut out for them to prove to her that she is worth every bit of love they have to give. And if they happen to get revenge for her past then that’s even better.
I really loved Marcy in this book. She has been in previous stories, but she is so incredibly relatable. I love how Grady and Griffin are so patient with her. I also absolutely love how Connor and Marco fit into the story. The connections are amazing.

It's finally Marcy's book. We met her a long time ago, and I was so excited to read her story.
She starts a new job, working for twins Griffin and Grady, who quickly become obsessed with her. She suffered greatly through her childhood, and as such, is reluctant to take things too far with the twins. They're actually really great with her, and support her.
I'm not sure what I think of the addition of Marco, though. The revelation of what he'd been up to (in relation to Marcy) was a little crazy but also made laugh because he seemed so relaxed about it.
Overall, I enjoyed this story.

This is the sixth book in The Dark Allegiance series. I have to say that I love this series so much, but I am feeling sad…This crazy, hot, unhinged series is coming to an end…

This is the 6th book in this series. This is Marcy's story who you read about in the other books aswell. This story is heartbreakingly good. Marcy degrades herself loads because of past trauma she doesn't understand that people love her very much. She attracts the attention of 2 older men who are obsessed with her but she doesn't believe them and thinks they are doing it to be mean to her. Marcy suffers a lot because her mind controls her but she has an amazing family who support her through everything. I loved the ending and I think it is the perfect ending for this story.
