This is the third and last Merman book I'm reading and it was the worst. I should have done more research on this author before picking this up. The main male character spent very little time as a merman, even though the main plot of the story had a lot to do with the Merfolk, they were most always in human form. The plot felt added in just to try to give some substance to a bunch of repeated sex scenes full of crudeness. I began skimming at one point. Not romantic at all.

Intrigued by the blurb, I just had to buy this novel and wow! Once I got started, I couldn’t put my kindle down. This book is amazing, filled with adventure, mystery, treachery, and hot romance.
