Whew! Well, I’ll take Thom with a side of Logan please.
I loved the character development and beautiful arc in this story! Carlie has this way of making you fall in love with all of the characters so effortlessly.
The friend group and found family in this book is what everyone strives for.
The way Thom loves Norah is so sweet. He’s perfect! So👏🏼damn👏🏼 perfect👏🏼!
I can’t wait for Logan and Kim’s story!

How do I keep finding books that make me feel all of my feelings? This love story is no exception! I adored every single one of these characters, and I’m so excited this is only book 1 because I have questions!
Thomas and Norah have known each other since they were little kids, and they have gone through so much together. Their years apart did nothing except make them love each other even more. Watching both of them grow up and really understand themselves and follow their dreams was heart warming!
The friend group was top tier! Everyone deserves to have friends like these, and I love that they are there for each other, through thick and thin, the good times and the bad, they show up. You see it multiple times throughout the story line, and it made me so happy!
You should add Remedy to your TBR if you love

I just adore a second chance low-spice romance where the characters were once high school sweethearts! Both coming from wealthy families and both suppressed by expectation of their parents, Thomas and Norah formed a bond like nothing else, but circumstances also catapulted them apart. Fate reconnects them after years apart as they reunite to help a mutual friend. I enjoyed the southern setting, dialect and stereotypes presented in the plot. The emotions and situations were raw and real, I found myself completely captivated by Thomas and Norah’s story and rooting for their romance to reignite, as the foundation was so strong (a testament to good storyline and character building!).

This book. 😍😭🥵😬 literally makes you feel all the things. Seriously. Allllll the things.
Carlie has a way with words and knows how to make you really get up all in your feels. You will be put through the ringer with this one, but it is so unbelievably beautiful at the same time.
I love love love these characters! Norah and Thomas are incredible. Their story isn't exactly easy, but Thomas knows what he wants and he's willing to go that extra mile for Bee. Their friends? We all need people like them in our lives! They completely enhance the story and bring it full circle! Honestly, they all play such an important role in the story!

I’m not even sure where to start! remedy is such a wholesome, sweet & spicy (🌶️🌶️🌶️.5) second chance romance. You get a strong FMC who finds herself and breaks away from a toxic and traumatic upbringing. And an MMC who works to be a man that makes himself and everyone who loves him proud, instead of being what is expected of him. I laughed, cried, and swooned. Every character is so different but so lovable and balance each other. I loved the vibes the whole friend group brought and can’t wait to see what else Carlie has in store for us ♥️

First time reading this author — definitely won’t be the last!
Loved the writing style — it flowed so smoothly and effortlessly that before I knew it, I’d finished the entire book.
I loved the main characters, Norah and Thomas. They’ve known each other since kindergarten, and their lifelong friendship created such a strong, heartfelt foundation. Both characters carry emotional baggage, which impacts their relationship for several years, but when they finally reconnect? It’s magic. So right, so sweet, and totally meant to be. These two are soulmates, no doubt about it.
The supporting cast is fantastic and really brings the story to life. The friend group is warm, funny, loyal — just everything you want in a found family. I genuinely loved them all.
This book had me both laughing and crying — it pulled on all the emotions in the best way.
I’m really hoping we get stories for the rest of the friend group especially Nick — can’t wait to see what’s in store for him.
This was such a satisfying small-town romance. If you love heartwarming, second-chance love stories with a strong sense of community and found family, Remedy is for you.

Once childhood high school sweethearts, second chance love, rammed full with feelings. Low spice, but it didn't matter, it was enjoyable without it. The characters and the storyline flowed so easily, you just went with the flow.
The dynamic of the friend group was top tier! The way they're there through thick and thin- everyone needs friends like that! Norah and Thomas were adorable. Their relationship was goals man!
What a wonderful book, I'm glad this is book one, because I have been left with some questions.

I absolutely adored this story. This is Carlie’s debut novel and she done such a great job. The main characters Norah and Thomas & side characters had great character development that makes you fall in love with them and their entire friend group. This was such an easy read that before you know it you’ve sat here for hours reading because you couldn’t put it down. I’m so excited to see what the next book will hold.

Two separate people come from different trauma pasts they reconnect after years apart and it goes from there!
I could go on and on and really spoil the book for others but I won’t!
The writing style is in such a way it just grabs you and pulls you in and doesn’t let you go til the last page!!!

This would have been a binged in on go book if I had started it a little early yesterday.
At first I was a little disappointed because they were already together but then I noticed the endurance word on the cover and it made more sense. I love this friend group I wish I had even 1 friend like this group has. Oh it’s so good. It got love and heartache and you may cry, you are likely to giggle but you will feel hope when you read this. I highly recommend this book.

Holy macaroni this book is absolutely incredible. It immediately grabs you and doesn’t let go, ever!! I must know more about Norah and Thomas! It makes you feel like you are right there actually experiencing everything everyone in the book is. You feel every emotion, every touch, every heartache, every love, you feel it all and just as deeply as the characters.

Carlie has a way with words, and hit me in all the feels with remedy! Thomas & Norah's life long friendship really helped to build this story line. The small-town second chance is what I love - and this book did not disappoint!

I absolutely loved this second chance romance! Thom and Norahs story seriously gave me all of the feels! It had me crying one minute and the next completely swooning. This is a slow burn but oh so good! And all of the side characters made the book so much better. I can’t wait to see what Carlie delivers for the next books in the series!! You can’t even tell this is the authors debut novel. She will be an instant read for me from now on!

If you wanna be taken through an emotional rollercoaster….buckle up because the emotions are high. Norah is a strong independent woman who is trying to find herself again before she rekindles the love between her and Thom.
Thom is a very successful man who only has eyes for Norah and you get to see how they take a break and come back together again!! It’s magical.

Lovely and heartwarming second chance romance. Norah and Thomas were in love, but when her father passed they were forced apart. Years later they’re reconnected and get a chance to navigate the past. Highly recommend a wonderful heartfelt love will win!

I loved this book! The characters were so well developed and written that it was easy to connect with them. The storyline was amazing and definitely an emotional roller coaster. I’m so excited to read more from this author!

This book has all the emotions! Norah is a strong independent woman who breaks away from her mother who is terrible to her. Thom is doing what he can to grow and not become his father - he’s doing a great job at it!
