If you never considered it possible to eat (raw) veggies and actually enjoyed it, you might want to reconsider it now.

In the book Rethink Your Diet: Be Conscious! And Learn How To Live A Health Lifestyle. by the young Iranian animal rights activist and healthy diet advocate, Moein Ghahremani Nejad, you will learn about raw veganism and how it can make the world a better place. In his quest to solve personal health problems and share acquired knowledge with others who are concerned about their health, animals and the health and survival of our planet, he offers to us a compilation of his readings, opinions, experiences, but also comments and suggestions from other experts in this field.

In the first and largest part of his book, Moein Ghahremani Nejad focuses on nutrition in order to help people stop making mistakes with their diet. In the rest of Rethink Your Diet: Be conscious! And learn how to live a healthy lifestyle., he shows us why it is important to change our diet on a global scale.

By reading this book, you will increase your chance of a long life by consuming a diet nature has provided us, and by doing so, we will extend our love and compassion to others - people, animals, and our home, Earth. We owe ourselves and the world we are living in to seriously think about starting a raw plant-based or plant-based diet, and this book will show you easily how to make a lifetime commitment.

Moin Ghahremani Nejad does an excellent job of covering a huge range of topics connected with the raw vegan lifestyle in this eBook. He's a 21 year old from Iran who healed himself with this approach. One of my favorite things about the book is that he has some sections translated from Persian with an interesting slant to them, with good commentary.

I recently received a message from Moein Ghahremani Nejad asking if I would read and review his book, “Rethink Your Diet: Be conscious! And learn how to live a healthy lifestyle.” I've been meatless for 30 years, vegan most of that time, so there was no need to sell me on the reasons for living a cruelty-free lifestyle, but I was very pleased to see that Moein's book not only presented compelling, thought-provoking research on reasons to adapt a raw, vegan diet but also addressed the scope of what it would mean on a global scale, on the economy, on the environment and on the individual. Well researched and presented in a thorough but entertaining manner with lots of wonderful personal observations and anecdotes, I found it very informative and compelling in it's reasons for a mostly raw vegan lifestyle. It's a treasure trove of information that not only makes you question your lifestyle choices but offers solutions that are practical and positive. It's not a very long book and is simple to read but it very precisely answers the most common questions or objections people may have about a raw vegan diet and lays out a simple but effective pathway to a more-compassionate, environmentally-friendly, healthier and happier lifestyle. This is the type of book I will not only keep in my library as a reference book but will recommend often to those contemplating making changes in their diet and lifestyle.

Information that gives us this book is essential to convince the convenience of making changes in our lifestyle.
The author also addresses ethical issues that most do not stop to consider but they are a reality.
I am very happy to know that there are people like Moin engaged to point out the direction towards health.

Rethink Your Diet is a well researched and very informative take on the raw vegan diet. It covers all aspects and benefits of the raw vegan lifestyle, and how it impacts both on the individual and environment. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone interested into delving deeper into a plant-based lifestyle.

Reading the book 'Rethink Your Diet' has been a very joyful and inspiring experience for me. I learned many things about raw food which previously I did not know. Being an ethical vegan myself, I appreciate it that the author included the ethical aspect in this book, along with all other issues that are involved (environment, economy, society). I also found the part about honey very informative. What I liked the most about this book is the writing about Iranian doctors and intellectuals (and this goes even way back in history), who had valuable information to share with the world. That makes this book truly unique and worth exploring for a large audience, including historians and sociologists. I highly recommend the book 'Rethink Your Diet'!

I really enjoyed reading this book because it contains the author's personal experience as well as research. It is easy to read and provides you with a holistiv view on the topic. I can recommend it for people who are new to the topic as well as people who are already quite conscious about their eating habits. I felt like it is written from the heart!
