I'm always ecstatic when I find a new author and it’s even more rewarding when the quality of the story is so compelling.

Prep Her is an incredible book encompassing the aspects of a thriller, mystery and romance all in one adrenaline packed read.

The events that lead to this strong young woman suffering debilitating fear and anguish are both believable and all too close to home in today’s violent society.

But when the road toward recovery turns trust into deception, what little headway Raven has made in reclaiming her life, is lost.

So can the strength of a wounded warrior rebuild her faith in not only her own survival, but also the goodness of others; or will their equally troubled souls be destined to flounder alone.

I hope you enjoy this intensely emotional story of tragedy and hope as much as I did; I’ll definitely be waiting with bated breath for book two!

This story captivated me from the very first page!  The story line, vast array of character personalities, and suspense make this an amazing read that you won't be able to put down.  This was one of my first reads from this author but definitely won't be my last.  She takes a hard topic such as PTSD and brings awareness to it in an amazing and realistic way.  I highly recommend this book to anyone and everyone!  And if you are looking for a new author to read - look no further, you'll be hooked on Faye Hunter's writing style and amazing stories!

Learning what broken is like
Raven is learning just what it is to be broken and attacked. Being a councilor to help battered woman, she herself has never experienced it herself until now. Overcoming the mental and physically turmoil may be her undoing. Well written and very enjoyable story to read. The author helps to capture what it means to be abused. Raven’s naivety was very much a part of the story. I was given a free copy for an honest review.

Prep Her was my first book by Faye Hunter and I loved it! From the beginning I was engrossed and could not put the book down! Raven is a woman who has had an awful experience and must learn to live her life again. Being a battered woman's counselor, she knows what PTSD is about, but never thought she would be there! Well written and gripping! I can't wait for more from Faye Hunter!!!
