I vaguely remember reading this book some 10 years ago, but have no recollection of the content so decided to re-read it.
Absolutely horseshit. Maybe that was why I wiped it out of my memory. I love Eda Yuuri, she writes the most interesting characters and touching stories, but I am also aware that she did write some mediocre stories. Still, this book is INSUFFERABLE. Lazy storytelling, full of the stupidest cliches in trashy romance, and one-dimensional characters that I cannot relate to in any way whatsoever.
Was Eda in dire need of money at the time and decided to write whatever her editor told her to?
I hope she got paid, that’s all I’m gonna say. Pretty illustrations tho. Eff this book.
