Wow!

I think I'm ready to move into the new generation of cloud living!! I'm a OneNote fan but I am quickly converting. Thu is so much easier and so many extra tools to help with the work. Looking forward to my next step on the adventure now. Thank you!

Concise book on Evernote

This is an easy read that you can get through in a short time. Even so, I learned a few new things...

I sm pretty sure this person just read the tips and tricks the website normally shares, but that normally reads. Either way, it was okay but not worthy of any more than one star.

Very basic, quick read, if you know anything about Evernote. I downloaded the app a couple days ago and have been playing with it, and this book mostly confirmed what I'd already learned. I see people in 2 situations finding this book very useful:
1. If you are tech-challenged and know nothing-to-very-littel about Evernote, or
2. If you have trouble thinking outside of the box, this may help you consider the many possible uses of Evernote.

If you don't mind playing around with software or you are looking for more in depth notes and hints, look elsewhere.

Too Basic

I recommend this book only to an absolute Evernote beginner - one that either hasn't used Evernote at all or tied to use it but didn't understand what to do. I had used Evernote already for basic note taking and found myself skimming quickly through the book without learning much. One thing I did learn was that you can achieve 2-factor authentication using Google Authenticator. That's something I will look into.

As a lot of other reviewers said, this book is good if your are a mega Evernote beginner or not particularly tech-savvy. I knew most of what was in the book but I did learn a few things, and it did give me some new ideas on how to use Evernote so it wasn't a total loss (and it didn't take long to read anyway).

a great concise view into what you are getting into with Evernote

Good for those considering getting serious about investing ones time and notes into the evernote tools. After this just start entering your notes, clips, pictures, and papers. All this finally becomes useful after you have substantial material in Evernote.

Evernote Intro

Nice brief intro to Evernote app and I downloaded it for free. I couldn't give it five stars due to missing, wrong or misspelled words. I know more than I did before I read the book. At no cost, this is worth the time spent reading.

This book was free for a short time from Amazon when I downloaded it to my Kindle for Android app.
I'm glad it was free because I already read Bracht first edition which has the same name but different cover. Yes, there is still good information.
Buyer beware of books with different covers.

Good for ideas, bad for instructions.

This text is more of a leaflet than a book. I did find a few Evernote uses I hadn't thought of and a couple of apps to try, but there was no direction given as to how perform the suggested tasks.

Superb Summary of Evernote's Features

This is a great introductory summary for people contemplating getting their life in order. It starts with signing up for Evernote and summarizes what you can do with it.

A very short book about Evernote. Didn't really offer anything new about how to use it. Was expecting more. Nice summary of the features and how to use with a bunch of ideas for implementation. Great book for those new to Evernote.

I wouldn't even recommend this book to a beginner as there are no pics to show functions and I would take mastery out of the title.

A nice primer for beginning Evernote users. Easy to understand, but if you are looking for advanced options I would suggest looking further.

This book was mostly out of date and spent a good portion of time encouraging you to purchase the Premium edition of Evernote.

Decent Introduction

Basics of Evernote are covered. Graphics or screenshots would be an asset for the beginner. Excessive typos especially toward the end.
