As I close the book on Life of a Fool, I am again in awe of CM Hutton’s writing skills and style. I’ve followed this author closely since I ran upon her first book. And she’s improved with every book that’s been published. Life of a Fool, is the second book in The London Brothers Series, but don’t think you have to read book 1 (which is Honest Love BTW) They can both stand on their own but for me the reading them all, I feel like only deepens the story and connection that you have to Jason.
All that being said this book is about Jason London, the oldest brother of the 3 brothers (Hint Hint hopefully another book soon) And Jason’s flaw if you can call it that is his love for his best friend Lori Ann, and when she calls out of the blue and is in trouble Jason drops everything to go rescue her from her hot-headed abusive as*hole husband. Lori Ann to scared to death that Antonio is going to kill her if she doesn’t get away. She finally able to leave with Jason’s help. (Well and his hot hot friend Craig). But that’s not where the story ends. I’d like to tell you that her getting away is the end of the craziness for her but unfortunately that only part of the craziness she must endure.
Life of a Fool takes you on the twist and turns of a woman escaping a very controlling, abusive & powerful man that will go to the end of the earth to keep what is his! I love that CM Hutton is capable of writing an adult book, I know I’ve said it before, but it is refreshing to see adults in adult situations, and written so brilliantly! Good job CM, I’ll be waiting or the next one!!

Talk about hot, sizzling sexcapades. Jason and Lori Ann definitely burned up the sheets.

Talk about intense and sexy! "Life of a fool" is just that!
You will fall in love with the sexy Jason London. He is a sexy cop who has always been in love with his best friend, Lori Ann. But now she needs him and he'll stop at nothing to do so....
You'll see Lori Ann traumatized, scared and happy to see her best friend. But will she bring him baggage with her past especially with Antonio...?
This storyline is intense and even kinky at times! It's HOT and amazing watching the two people who get one another completely.
Life of a Fool is another superb book written by CM Hutton. She has an amazing ability to create characters/storyline that captures our attention.
Grab a copy of this book and you'll enjoy the sexy, intimate moments and the suspense of the book as well... but there is a bit of darker violence involved too so if you can't handle that, then this book probably wouldn't be for you.
If you loved the sexy, possessive Derek London... you will fall in love with his brother, Jason in this book! He's another amazing London brother!
I enjoyed the humor and sass at times and Jason's bf harassing him on his "LEGS" lmao!

I was given this book for an honest review.
I really enjoyed this book! Jason and Lori Ann's story was about best friends finally coming clean with their feelings but there's a problem, she's married to an ahole who beats on her. Lori Ann is living in Italy and finally after a horrible fight/beating from her husband she is ready to leave him, she calls the only friend she has, Jason to come and get her. It isn't easy getting away considering who her husband is but they manage to get away. By the time they think they are safe, he finds away to get her. Jason, being in love with her, pulls every string he can along with some help from friends to find her. Finally after everything that happens they get their happy ending. This book is full of action and pretty hot sex.

This the 2nd book in the London Brothers book series .. But it can definitely be read alone !
It does contain adult topics about domestic abuse and sex... But I did not find it to be offense! I thought that CM Hutton did an amazing job with out pushing it to far!
Jason is every girls dream hero, ready to protect his best friend and college love !
Lori Ann's courage and strength shines through in this book!!
Together Jason and Lori Ann are a HOT couple! Their true love story is beautifully told!
I think we all can probably relate to "the one who got away" and Jason and Lori Ann's second chance is one that will leave you smiling .. And wanting more !

I was enjoying this book until about 30% then I began to be a little iffy about this book. I was unsure where the story was heading and not sure I would like the direction. let me tell you though there are points you are like hmmm though you get past it quickly. The sorry moves at a great pace and is sick a good book. I only have 4 stars I felt it lacked that epilogue like the first book gave you even though it was a small glimpse this book was even a smaller glimpse.

Life of a Fool by CM Hutton is absolutely fantastic!!! This book is filled to the brim with edge of your seat action and HOT, HOT, HOT scenes. I read this book in one sitting because I couldn't put it down. The London Brothers are amazing and I can not wait for the next book to be released. I have read all of CM Hutton books and I highly recommend them all. Love CM Hutton's books!!!

This books moves fast! Lots of action and angst but at the heart of it is a second chance at love and lots of sexy scenes. I hadn't read the first book in the series but I didn't miss anything in this one. I'll have to go back and catch the beginning of the series and watch as more come out.

I liked this romance..it was an easy fast read, the story line is one of my favorites-running from her abusive husband and the handsome cop(friend) who will protect her and of course HEA. Oh and the song "Fools Life" by Jesse Cole is wonderful. 3 "my girl" stars

Another great read from this author. Storyline kept me intrigued and on the edge of my seat. Connected with the characters and their emotions :)

Loved it
Ok this book didn't disappoint! You meet Jason in book 1 of the series so you know he takes no mess. What you learn in this book is he loves so hard and so much! I couldn't put it down and now I wait for book 3!

Took awhile
I have to admit this one took a bit to read. But glad I finish ed it. Jason is awesome he never gives up. This author is different in her stories than my favorites but she sucks me in to the end Recommend this series
