Disingenuous, misleading, poorly written apologetic authored by a war criminal.
To give you an idea of Mr. de Silva's aesthetic, he spends 3x as many pages on his aimless fishing trips with a Soviet agent than he does on his TWO YEARS of "frequent meetings...on policy and intelligence matters" with noted ex-Nazi Reinhard Gehlen.
Fucking pathetic. 0 stars.
