Lacy never thought she’d return to the town that refused to forgive her for her mother’s sins. But with an urgent need to protect her bright and gifted nine-year-old daughter, Embrie, she returns to her hometown with dreams of building a new life. Even with decades between her and the horrible tragedy her mother caused, the whispers are still just as cruel, the danger even more real. And this time, it’s not just her reputation on the line.

When veiled threats escalate to true danger, Nash asks Lacy to marry him. Not for show, but for real. He wants to give her his name, his protection, and a future. Nash knows he isn’t going anywhere. He’s not only determined to protect his girls, he’s ready to make them his family... forever. As shadows from the past threaten the fragile peace they’ve built, Nash must prove his love isn’t a rescue mission, it’s a promise. And Lacy must decide if she can believe in the kind of love that stays, no matter the obstacle it comes up against.

In a town that never forgets and rarely forgives, can a woman with a tarnished name find sanctuary in the man willing to risk everything to protect her... or will the past rip away the future they never thought they’d have?

This was a beautiful, break your heart and make you swoon, cry, laugh, scream, & squeal love story. And it wasn't just a romantic love story. It was a found family love story. A man choosing to be an all in dad to the most amazing little girl love story. A woman learning to believe she has worth & value love story. Stunning!

Lacy is a single mom florist struggling to overcome the sins of her mother.

Nash is a silver fox former SEAL turned security expert.

She moved back to her hometown to open a flower shop. He went to the shop and fell head over heels in interested. He starts buying flowers every week. Which is good because a large portion of the town won't support her and is actively causing her problems. So, she is struggling big time. It get so bad & dangerous that he decides action must be taken to protect her & her daughter and so begins their engagement of convenience. It is delightful & delicious.

Lacy is the most beautiful woman. She is vulnerable, strong, bruised, tenacious, insecure, bold, and caring. She loves her girl so fiercely & is fighting to give her a good life. Her journey of learning to trust & believe is amazing. And watching her gain confidence & realize she has worth is food for the soul.

Nash is swoony deliciousness. He is kind, caring, protective, safe, and gentle. He loves his girls and the rest of his family intensely. He is a good man. He sometimes carries more than he should and needs to do some learning about guilt, which helps remind us he is in fact human & not a god.

These two together are fire & goals. I adored every second of their story.

I love Tilly's writing. Love it! She writes characters that deeply connect with my soul and stories that my brain adores.

I received this as an ARC and am beyond grateful. My review is based entirely on my thoughts of the story.

I cannot recommend this book highly enough.

I had the opportunity to read the advance reader copy before it came out and I’m already itching to get my hands on the next book.

Nash and Lacy’s story is gut wrenching yet powerful. There are some difficult subjects touched on throughout the book and you get to see Lacy pull herself back out of the ashes time and time again. The women in Tilly’s books may have strong men behind them at every turn, but it definitely is not due to them being damsels in distress. The women are strong and resourceful. When it comes to the men of Silver Springs, they always have their backs.

I was so grateful to have received an ARC of this book. Oh my gosh, Tilly Colson has outdone herself with this novel. Silver Sanctuary is Book Three in the Silver Springs Series by Tilly Colson (and I recommend the first two books in this series as well, they are absolutely fabulous; I also recommend every single book in her Men of Clarence County series as well, they are SO good!). Silver Sanctuary centers around Nash, our MMC, and Lacy, our FMC. Lacy has had it rough (and really, that's an understatement). From her horrible mother to her childhood bullies, to her horrible mother's landlord/boyfriend as she grows older. The hits just seem to keep on coming. She returns to Silver Springs with her daughter, Embrie, hoping to start over without the sins of her mother following her. Unfortunately, some of the citizens of Silver Springs refuse to stop punishing Lacy for the sins of her mother, sins that are certainly not Lacy's to bear. Enter our MMC, Nash. He sees Lacy. And when I say he sees her, I mean he SEES her. Not only her beauty, but her kindness, her integrity, her worth. Lacy doubts her own worth, she fears any relationship with Nash would bring him down, effect his reputation in town, his business with the other guys. She truly feels unworthy and while this is a romance and a romantic suspense novel, what I absolutely love about this book, and really, all of Tilly Colson's novels that I have read, is that she pushes deeper. She explores not only the things we love about romance novels (the steam, the heat, the passion, the spice - which is all present here and is glorious), but she also explores those things which make us human. Our doubts, our self worth, our ability to love and be loved. Lacy doubts her worth. She doubts that she can bring anything positive or worthwhile to a potential relationship with Nash. Nash is a perfect MMC. He's kind, generous, gentle, and patient. He doesn't just tell Lacy that she's worthy of love, he shows her by showing up. By showing her how special she is, what a wonderful mother she is to Embrie, and that the sins of others do not rest on her shoulders and are not for her to carry any longer. Lacy and Nash are truly a beautiful couple. And the way Nash is with Embrie . . . oh my gosh, bestill my heart. His scenes with her are some of my favorites. This book also has a wonderful suspense element to it which will keep you turning the pages. I love all the supporting characters here as well. There's a real found family element to these books that I absolutely love. In short, this book was fantastic and I highly recommend it. This book has a little bit of everything: romance, romantic suspense, found family, emotion, single mom, adorable MMC and daughter moments, a protective, alpha MMC. It's all just SO good. Finally, I have to say a quick word about that ending (iykyk). OMG. I don't want to spoil anything, but let's just say, you will immediately want to pick up the next book in the series that will feature a new leading FMC and MMC. Can that book come out tomorrow please? :)

“Silver Sanctuary” is the third book in “The Silver Springs Series.” Nash Caldwell is a retired elite Navy Seal and Lacy Graves who owns the local florist. Every Monday Nash goes to the florist to get flowers for the office, but mainly do that he can flirt with the sweet single mom who runs the shop, Lacy. Nash and Lacy’s story is beautiful and sweet - I love these two! A thoroughly enjoyable love story from start to finish.

Life has not been easy for Lacy and her daughter Embrie. Now being back in her home town of Silver Springs, she is being judged by the actions and the mistakes her mother made. Her shop is basically being boycotted and her daughter ostracised at school. Nash and the team are the exception, especially Nash. “His eyes bounced to hers and the biggest smile filled his face. He was so unbelievably handsome, it actually made her heart skip a beat.”

When her life turns upside down, her shop is broken into, she is beaten really badly and their home is burnt to the ground, Nash comes to her rescue by insisting that they move in with him. At least she will be safe and protected. “I know you’ll be okay. You are the strongest woman I’ve ever met, Lace, but that doesn’t mean I’m going to go back on my word. You’re safe with me, and I’m not going anywhere. Let’s get you home.”

There is never a dull moment! This book is everything you expect from a alpha male small town romance! I’m very happily hooked - I did not want it to end! Once I started reading, I could not put this book down! At times you will laugh, you will cry, get angry and frustrated - most of all, you will love the twists! This book will charm “the pants off you” and leave you going back for more 😊 I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful love story. This is a lovely book that will keep you hooked! It has fun, laughs, intrigue, twists that you do not expect, and physical attraction. You will fall in love with Nash and Lacy 💗 From page to page, chapter to chapter, you will enjoy this beautiful story - from cover to cover! This book will not disappoint! Highly recommended 😊

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Protective SEAL + single mom + small-town danger = perfection

Former Navy SEAL Nash Caldwell might have left the battlefield behind, but he’s still carrying scars of guilt from the one time he couldn’t protect someone he loved. So when he sees Lacy Graves—the new florist in town—facing hostility, whispered judgment, and very real danger, Nash does what he does best: he steps in, hard and fast.

Lacy’s return to Silver Springs was supposed to be about giving her brilliant daughter Embrie a safe home, but this town hasn’t forgotten—or forgiven—the sins of her mother. The gossip is vicious, the threats are escalating, and her resolve is cracking… until Nash offers her the one thing she doesn’t believe she deserves: his protection, his name, and his heart.

What starts as a trial arrangement (“just until she feels safe”) quickly turns into something deeper, because Nash isn’t leaving. He’s not here out of pity, guilt, or obligation—he’s here because he sees Lacy and Embrie as his family. Period. And when shadows from the past rise up, threatening the fragile life they’re building, Nash proves that his love isn’t about saving her—it’s about standing with her. Always.

This book has everything I want in a romantic suspense:

✔ Protective, all-in alpha hero with a tender side

✔ Strong, resilient heroine battling her past

✔ Adorable, whip-smart kid who steals every scene

✔ Small-town drama mixed with real danger

✔ A marriage of convenience that turns into forever love

Heart-pounding suspense, a love story that feels earned, and a hero who defines devotion—this one is an absolute 5-star keeper.

Colson really wanted me to cry while reading this didn’t she? I mean gosh, this was so heartbreaking & heartwarming at the same time. Silver Sanctuary had me glued to my kindle!

The characters really stole the show here. Lacy is such an amazing heroine. It’s been a minute since I’ve felt so much empathy for a character. She’s strong, resilient & willing to do anything for the people she loves. Her past & journey to her HEA will make you cheer for her. Nash is the classic protective hero that will make me swoon every time. I loved how supportive & protective he was of not only Lacy but her daughter Embrie. Embrie was adorably nerdy. I fell hard for this little found family.

The romance is beautiful & romantic. The build-up of the romance was done perfectly. I liked that we got to see them become friends & form a strong emotional bond. I really liked their first date & kiss! The steamy scenes are great too. But I really swooned over the little moments these two shared & how they were there for each other.

The suspense will have you on the edge of your seat. This has non-stop action & will have you staying up until the wee morning hours to finish (like myself). I also felt the small town was captured really well.

Perfect romantic suspense, slow burn romance read! Highly recommend if you want to cry & swoon at this same time. Can be read as a standalone.

I was thrilled to receive Silver Sanctuary as an ARC and continue the Silver Springs series. While Gage and Sloane’s story in Silver Secrets will always hold a special place in my heart, this book was equally captivating.

The story follows Lacy, a florist who has returned to her hometown with her daughter Embrie and Nash, a former Navy SEAL turned member of the Montgomery defense team. Lacy is facing scrutiny, harassment, and violence in town due to her mother’s past actions. To protect her and Embrie, Nash proposes marriage. Lacy is an incredible character, possessing an inner strength and resilience that propels her forward towards a better life for her daughter. Despite the challenges, she maintains a positive outlook, though she is growing weary of fighting alone. Fortunately, Nash steps up to the plate, taking care of Lacy and Embrie.

Nash has been in love with Lacy since her arrival in town although it takes time to break down her walls. His devotion is evident in his frequent visits to her shop, where he demonstrates his protective, strong, and committed nature. He even includes Embrie in his plans, showcasing his willingness to prioritize their well-being. Their chemistry is undeniable, and I couldn’t help but swoon every time they were together.

The found family aspect, the suspenseful plot, the genuine characters, and Lacy’s secret make this an exceptional read. I eagerly anticipate continuing the series!

Things I Loved:
Cheese game with Brie
Protective MMC
Soccer gear
My Wife
Mr. Botanical
First date
Their wedding vows
Monday flowers
Found family
No third act breakup

Silver Sanctuary is book 3 in the Silver Springs series and follows Nash and Lacy. This book was amazing, I loved it so much! Lacy wants a fresh start for her and her daughter Embrie so she moves back to Silver Springs and opens a flower shop. Lacy is strong, independent, and has never had anyone in her corner. She has had a tough childhood and it is not easy for her to trust. From the beginning, Nash is always there to show Lacy and Embrie they are loved, cared for, and safe. He does so many things throughout the book to show they are the most important people in his life. I loved seeing their relationship grow. If you are looking for a romantic suspense with a single mom and a protective silver fox MMC, I recommend this one!

I love this book so much it’s just all kinds of sweet and heartwarming but also heart breaking and jaw dropping! It keeps you wanting to read to the very end!!
Lacy had the worst childhood imaginable. Absolutely heartbreaking. But she’s also strong and will do anything to keep her daughter safe and happy. She comes back to Silver Springs to start over and run her flower shop but horrible things keep happening.
Nash has been infatuated with Lacy since the first time he walked into her flower shop. So when horrible things start happening to Lacy he swoops in to help and keep her and Embrie safe.
Omg I loved this book and how everything worked out in the end! I adores the relationship between Embrie and Nash just so sweet!! And their found family just keep growing 🖤💕🖤
I can’t WAIT to continue this series!!

Lacy returned to Silver Springs with her daughter Embrie because she was determined to give her a better life than what she had growing up. Lacy also thought that going back to Silver Springs was the right move. What she didn’t initially realize is that people still held a grudge against Lacy just because of who her mother was.

Nash moved to Silver Springs after leaving the SEALs to be with some of his military buddies. When he first noticed Lacy and Embrie, he knew that he was done for. He was instantly attracted and made it a point to go to her flower shop every week.

When Nash begins to realize that people in town don’t really care for Lacy, he is determined to change that.

I loved reading Silver Sanctuary. Lacy and Nash were meant to be and sometimes in life you just need that hero that will be there for you in your time of need. There are many secrets and twists that you don’t see coming!

Silver Sanctuary is the third book in the Silver Springs series.

I really liked both main characters. Lacy had been through so much, but she was resilient and stronger than she gave herself credit for. Nash was protective and good to those he loved. Brie was also so adorable. I loved her relationship with both Nash and Lacy. There cheese game was the absolute cutest!

I enjoyed that the two had chemistry and were dating before they agreed to a marriage of convenience. This helped both of them know exactly where the other stood and there was not the drama of what will happen afterwards. This made this marriage of convenience so much more enjoyable for me.

I loved the romantic suspense portion of the book. I figured out who the "bad guy" was pretty quickly when everything went down but I had no idea for the reason why. That added an interesting element to the book that made me not want to put the book down.

I am so excited for the next book in the series.

A small town, romantic suspense that stirred my soul and tugged at my heart. Returning to Silver Springs and the Montgomery Defense team, I was so smitten with how silver fox Nash fell first and hard for struggling, single mom Lacy and her daughter, Embrie. I was captivated with the up and down emotional journey of their engagement of convenience romance with spice and intimacy that hit at the right moments. I swooned over the protective nature that Nash had for his girls. I related to the Lacy’s struggles. I adored the found family and strong friends/support group. The way protective, caring men and strong, fierce (yet vulnerable) women are showcased and interwoven with beautiful, emotional romances and suspenseful plots in all books of this series amazes, delights and impresses each and every time.
Thanks to the author for the eARC. Thoughts are my own, honest and voluntary.

I was pulled into this through a tiktok.

It is a solid plot line, but it moved WAY too fast. There should have been more tension and build up of the relationship.
Like immediately engaged with a CUSTOM ring? We didn’t even get to see the yearning.
And the jump to physical intimacy felt way too fast like 0-100.
Lacy’s self-esteem became more annoying as the book went on. It started to become her response to everything. “oh im going to work to earn to be the best wife” “im being a horrible wife” “im trash you don’t want me”
There was no resolution with the Adam dude, but I did appreciate Lacys conversation with Sloane (i havent read the previous books)

Personally it felt like reading a movie script with the pace of the book. I think it would have been fine if it was slowed down and drawn out more.

Lacy Graves, an abused woman, daughter of a drug addict moves back home and faces awful discrimination and acts of hate.
>The town somehow blames her for her mother, drunk and high, killing a young man while driving. The tragedy forever marring Lacy’s reputation and standing, despite the accident not being within her control
>lacy’s little girl and her are put in danger both at her flower shop, and at home. Navy SEAL Nash Caldwell steps in and protects her, falling head over heels with the both of them and protects them from their mother when it is revealed that the drug addict abandoned a brand new baby, (Lacy’s half sister) looking for her next fix.

🌟ARC Review🌟

It’s official, Tilly H. Colson writes the swooniest, most committed mmcs ever and I can’t get enough!! Nash was EVERYTHING. His devotion to Lacy? I’m obsessed! Him immediately stepping up for Lacy’s daughter, Embrie? I’m swooning! Everything about these three was so sweet, and I just loved the little family they formed so so much!!
And of course the rest of the characters that make up the Security team family are as protective as ever!

I need the next book like yesterday! This series has such a special place in my heart, and I can’t recommend it enough!!

Thank you to Tilly H. Colson for giving me the opportunity to read Silver Sanctuary as an ARC!!

I had the opportunity to read an ARC and provide an honest review.

This book was an excellent read. The plot was so well written that it had me hooked and going through a range of emotions. Lacy was such a determined character who definitely needed to believe that there were people on her side and was determined to give Embrie a better life away from the demons of the past. Nash was such a brilliant character character who was determined to show Lacy that he was there for her and protect her from the people who were determined to harm her and destroy her life. This book had the perfect amount of suspense, and I enjoyed the found family vibes.

Nash, Lacy & Brie drag you through an emotional wringer that tears your heart apart before piecing it back together. The cruelty & hate directed at Lacy & Brie will have you fuming, muttering in outrage. Nash’s immense heart & unstoppable alpha protectiveness blaze like a beacon of hope. The bonds of loyalty & love within this group of men & women shine fiercely, wrapping the story in strength & warmth even as danger & fear strike hard. Every high soars, every low crushes, until their well-earned HEA finally explodes with relief & joy.

amazing

Absolutely loved it, Nash is 100% in with Lacy and it’s adorable. He’s so in with Embrie too, their little games with cheese. Family dates and holidays planned. He’s so attentive. So protective; it’s all so sweet and a bit of spice and angst to keep it all going. But excuse me. That ending. My word……. I’m am absolutely screaming. I can’t wait for number 4. He’s either going to have a come to jeez moment and realise or he’s going to be gone and it’s going to be awful. Crikey I’m so ahhhh about it. Wow.

Book three in The Silver Springs Series. Nash is a former navy seal. He’s been all over the world. Now he’s settling down in Texas. Last is back in her home town. Whispers has all hurt her. Now she’s back with her daughter and it’s getting harder to keep the hate from reaching to her daughter. That where Nash helps her out Marriage in name only. The only problem was that they hare falling for each other. The fake family feels more at home then he has ever feel.

✨ When you have ARCs to read, but then this book was released and it jumped your entire TBR!

💭 Lacy finds herself balancing a small business, single mom life, and a town that doesn’t seem happy she’s back. Nash is a former SEAL with a new found appreciation for flower arrangements, or perhaps it’s the shop’s owner who has caught his eye. This was an emotional roller coaster, in the best of ways. Lacy’s exhaustive struggle broke my heart, the way Nash cares for both Lacy and Embrie pulls the pieces back together. But Nash and Embrie’s nickname game it breathes this love and light back into the story. A few small things held this back from bring a 5 star read, but it was still well done.

📍 Though not necessary, I’d recommend reading the others in the series first. This group of characters are so interwoven, it helps with the backstory.

☑️ For fans of: Former Military MMCs, business owning FMCs, engagement of convenience, single mom, romantic suspense, small town, found family, golden retriever MMC

Okay, first of all that ending was brutally wild!! This was definitely my favorite of the series so far. Lacey and Nash were such a beautiful match. Their chemistry was delicious and I love how down and Nash was. Brie is such a cutie and she was such a smart and sassy complimentary character. The Montgomery Defense family really showed up and showed out in this one and I ate it up. Excited for the next one.

I thought the plot and the thriller aspect were great. However, this book felt so fast. They got engaged within weeks of knowing each other with a custom engagement band. I wish there was more effort put into the build up of the relationship than the thrill. Did Gunner know her history? Like why was he so negative towards them? I mean I get it I was thinking same thing. I love that we got her talking to Sloane though!
