OK SO LOTS OF WORDS BUT SPOILER FREE! THIS IS A HIDDEN GEM!
You follow this girl named ryan meyers who has a former internet addiction, but finally moves passed it or so she thought!
someone sends her a mysterious email, and goes by 'god' and starts to blackmail her, and you follow her journey from there.
This book has found family, revenge, redemption, despair, and so much more!
I believe everyone should read this book before going online, and this should be read in schools, and just because its amazing!
it's just perfectly five stars, and everything you want in a thriller book. I highlighted so much, there was a ton of great lines in the book, and I very rarely feel anxiety from books, but this was so realistic, and so well put together
DO NOT underestimate the fact it is only 125 pages, those pages are heavy. You feel the anxiety right with the character, and love and want to hug her. it was relatable and awful and hopeful. such a rollercoaster. I seriously appreciate how the characters FELT young, and it was not cliche, but understandable, how as a kid your mind goes all over the place, and you feel thing so deeply, as a 17 year old I can DEFINITELY say this book is perfect for my age group, and so many more audiences.
