Corrupted, Part 6 of 8 This series unfolds over eight volumes, and will be bundled for those who don't like series.
Megan and Caleb tentatively head back into the world of sex clubs, pretending to be a happy couple again. Only what if they aren't pretending? And it seems Roger has a secret of his own.
Note- This story was previously published, under a different title and pen name. I'm consolidating all pen names into this one, please 'look inside' to be sure you haven't already read this title. Also, parts of this series were used in some of my short stories. Some character names and scenes were used in other shorts before I consolidated pen names. Genre- Contemporary Erotic Romance, New Adult Romance
And now we've gotten complicated, but it's so good. The writing could be a little tighter, but I really love reading her inner monologue. The heroine here is thoughtful and smart, but has found herself in a doozy of a complicated set of relationships. This is some sexually charged erotica and I'm really enjoying this.
The synopsis on Amazon gave me NOTHING, so I'm providing some detail below, which some might consider SPOILERS.
At the end of 5, she's just agreed to be Roger's gf, but then Caleb has approached M in an effort to find a missing girl who they met once at That Other Club. But this time it's S&M related. She's got to make a decision whether or not to help, and ultimately she does, but at what price to her heart and relationships.
She goes once with Caleb but without telling Roger, since he's away. They're hot and heavy in a BDSM scene at the club, but it's emotionally trying for her. She eventually tells Roger all about it and he flips, judges her and breaks up with her.
She recognizes that Roger gives her what she wants for her long-term future, but can't deny the chemistry that she has with C, even though he won't give her a commitment and kids. We already know she's a natural submissive, but has only been that was with C. It's quite the love triangle... and made more complicated because Roger comes back with a complication of his own and an apology.
And there's a good cliffhanger, because there could be a lead on Jessica.
