Stress-induced Exhaustion: What it is, how society facilitates it, and how to get out of it

Rate this book
In this book, you will learn about Stress-Induced Exhaustion (SIE), how society facilitates it, and how to recover from it.

Stress-induced exhaustion (SIE) is a significant and increasingly concerning health issue in Western societies. Yet, despite this, physicians, psychologists, and other health professionals still know little about how to cure it. As a result, many receive advice that either has no constructive effect or exacerbates the situation.

This book offers knowledge and practical tools derived from the clinical experiences of treating hundreds of patients at our clinic in Stavanger, Norway, and at our treatment center in Granada, Spain. You will learn what actually helps you recover from Stress-Induced Exhaustion (SIE) so you can return to the best version of yourself.

If you are a relative or friend of someone struggling with Stress-Induced Exhaustion (SIE), this book will help you understand better and enable you to offer helpful support.

Veldig bra bok som beskriver hva utmattelse er, hvordan utmattelse skiller seg fra utbrenthet og hva som skal til for å komme seg ut av en utmattelse.
