Once a book is complete, few weeks later I open the index and go through the short stories to see how many i can remember. Because that is one of my basic yard stick when it comes to short stories. How many do you remember and what do you remember. Most of the stories were outlandish enough to raise your eyebrows while reading but it didnt still, stay with you. I And I imagined I would forget them all.

Strangely enough, when i picked the book 2 weeks later, i remembered more than I thought I would. Out of the 17 stories, I remembered clearly the title tale(Buddhapadam), Vedanthodi, Madhye, Machiplavu, Sparsham. And probably these are my favourites from the book,
