Human nature. Synth anatomy. Galactic conflict. And one man at the center of it all…
Raiden Stryker and his gorgeous synth allies survived the Titan… for now. Yet before they can return to known space, they need to rescue Exsi, the final member of the synth team.
But she's held in the feral scientists' underground lab, and breaking her out won’t be easy. And even if they succeed, how will her presence affect the fragile dynamic between Raiden, Exay, and Exbee?
Oh, and what will they do about the curvy raptor-girl who wants to join their team?
The second book of this series features heaping doses of action, heroics, and shifting dynamics in an unconventional relationship. There are also big explosions, questionable science, and a total disregard for realism. It's pulpy, campy fun. Read it. You’ll like it.
The first book was more enjoyable. However, this book got on my nerves after a little while, I don’t like when there’s paragraph after paragraph in between each line of dialogue. I feel so bored and dragged down. Then start talking about “her truth” and I check out. Also, the robot romancing isn’t for me, just can’t get over them being fake people.
