The contents of this book is timeless, as it covers the very foundation of leadership and how to successfully manage teams. I've read this book many times, and each time I reengage, I walk away with nuggets of wisdom that I can apply immediately in the workplace. I'd recommend purchasing several copies and giving them as parting gifts to your colleagues.
