Motorcycle Clubs series - for readers who want all the heart and emotion, but who don't have all of the time.
(A classy way of saying this series is complete and utter smut with no storyline.)
I have been in a bit of a reading slump, so I was hoping a quick easy read would bring my reading mojo back. I thought I knew what I was getting into with this book as I did read the first installment - Off Limits. However, I was wrong - so very wrong.
Kitty is bartending her way through college when she learns that one of the MC clubs are hosting a panty raid at her bar. Feeling frisky, she decides to wear the signature red panties to show that she is interested in having a good time. She catches the eyes of the two Bedlam Butchers Prez and she learns that they do everything in pairs.
This isn't my first MFM romance, but I had forgotten what it's like to read one. I spent the majority of the book cringing. My inner self looked like this -
I'd like to think that I'm no prude, but the thought of being with more than one person gives me anxiety. I would literally panic over what to do first or who... yeah, you get the point. Fortunately for the boys, Kitty didn't have any problem in that area. |shifts uncomfortably|
Ruby is so much better than this book. I think this is the first of her books that I would not recommend to others. Marry me Ruby Dixon!
This wasn't quite as good as the first one. But it was HOT HOT HOT.
It's saying something that I am rating this highly, even though the insta-love is so hardcore that she is agreeing to marry them after less than a week.
Half a star off because of the "yeah baby lets go bareback, it's okay I'm on the pill" unsafe sexy times.
Hot, quick, enjoyable.

I thought this would be a better book especially with the menage aspect, but it was just ok, like the last book. A bit disappointment because I do like her Ice Barbarians series that I've read recently.

In this motorcycle club, it is customary for partners to share everything, their position, their house, and even a woman. This is about the two presidents of the motorcycle club, and their relationship with a bar waitress Kitty.
This was an enjoyable and a fun read, however, I just wanted more! I liked this one more than the first book in the series for sure! : )

Smutty nonsense. I really don’t get the doubling up/ménage situation in their club, but whatever it’s just smut for smuts sake and it was an easy audiobook to listen to. I will say the heroines accent was very annoying though lol.

I just finished Packing Double and I thoroughly enjoyed it. This is a continuance for the Bedlam Butcher series but can be read as a stand alone. Im a biker girl, through and though and of course I just gobbled this up. Gemini and Domino are president of this club and Kitty meets them during a panty raid. They are all instantly smitten. Its a sexy read that will keep you on your toes and I cannot wait for more!

Tamra's story was fast-passed and steamy! I like Ruby Dixon's writing style and even if this book was around 150 pages, it was quite enjoyable to read.

All the Clubs in these books are plagues by the same national MC group, a group of White Supremacists. You may not think that three different authors can tie-in three clubs to work well as a series, but I am here to tell you, they did an AWESOME JOB!
Bedlam Butchers MC series by Ruby Dixon – Off Limits, Packing Double, and Double Trouble
The Bedlam Butchers are a club who do everything together. EVERYTHING! They have two presidents, two VP’s, two of everything. But not only do they share the responsibilities, they also share their women.
Off Limits is HOT! When the touching starts in an unexpected situation, you almost feel the tension and the need to moan. The chemistry between Lucky and Solo is off the charts.
Packing Double is the introduction to the “We do everything together” mantra. And when I say everything, I mean it. They ride together, they make decisions together, and they fuck together. The co-presidents Gemini and Domino are alpha male to the extreme. You would not think that two alpha males and one woman would work, but oh my lawd, does it ever!
Double Trouble is the enforcer’s book. Muscle and Beast take a scared, virginal, and very shy, Shy. When she needs protecting, Muscle and Beast are there to make sure she is okay. When it’s discovered she knows of a snitch and doesn’t come forward, can these two save her? Out of the bedroom there is chemistry between these three. But in the bedroom? It’s explosive!

The Death Lords are a MC that has a rivalry with another MC. Add in a Librarian, a nomad biker, and a preacher’s daughter, and you get a steamy, panty-soaking read.
His Wild Desire… Wow! When Grant, AKA Wrecker, gets out of prison, he intends to take back up his relationship. With his step-sister. Chelsea is struggles with the thought of what others might think. Jenny’s dad is the president of the Titans MC, and when he finds out he has cancer, he approaches Saxon about joining the clubs. Saxon only wants Jenny out of the deal; the extra land and club house are a bonus. When Jenny and Saxon get together, they set the barn on fire.
In Taking It All we learn more about the First Lady clause, and get to see more of Saxon’s alpha side. What a delicious combination! But will Saxon walk away or will Jenny be able to go through with the clause to help her man? With her past, how will she get over the fact that all the guys will be watching? But when the decision is made, there is no going back.
Overall, this series of series will get your motor running and keep it on edge. Find a sturdy horizontal surface, you will need it! ~ Devlynn, 5 stars

Trying to make ends meet and afford college expenses, Tamra waitresses any and all shifts available at Crome, the local hot spot bar. When her boss doesn't schedule her for a Friday shift, the most profitable night for tips, Tamra finds out that it's because the local MC club is hosting a panty raid night at the bar. Experiencing a recent dry spell, Tamra (Kitty) decides to don her own red panties to have a one night commitment free hookup with a biker little realizing Bedlum Butchers do everything in pairs.
Domino & Gemini, co-presidents, notice the sexy bar maid as soon as they arrive at Crome's. Staking their claim early on they decide she's just be what they've been searching for in an old lady. They just need to make her want that for herself. Especially after Kitty finds out that how dangerous that sort of lifestyle can be.

I picked up this book after reading Double Trouble: A Bedlam Butchers MC Romance (free on Amazon). MC themed installments that have that edgy raunchy nastiness in a sexual liberating lifestyle. HAWT frequent adult content menage (m-f-m) action made it difficult for me to remember if there was an actual story line or plot to this book but that was ok for me. hehehehe
I guess it's pretty obvious that the author's focus was more on the relationship between the main characters than featuring a serious indepth plot, but there was one. Vague and superficially addressed, but it did give the series a purpose other than pure smut enjoyment for the reader but that element of mystery/suspense really needed fleshing out as imho it was weak for the causative actions taken by the MC club (vague non-spoiler).
Recommended for the smut factor alone as the series driven plot premise in each installment resembles more of an after thought.

I KNEW I shouldn't have started this at 1:30! It couldn't put it down when 2am hit, my bedtime, and now it's quarter to 3 and I just want to read another. What have I done to myself.
Also, this was 100x hotter than book one. And book one was hot. But this, this was like going from a normal capsicum/bell pepper, to one of them little green fuckers that will burn your face off when you try eat it.

Packing Double was better than Off Limits, but not by a significant amount, probably a 2.5 overall. The sexy times in this were better than Off Limits, but I still felt like there just wasn't much story to this.

Sexy, of course, but I wish there had been more. Kitty had some spirit to her, and I liked that, and of course who could resist two strong men like Dom and Gem? I know, I know, this entire series is nothing but quickie novellas, but I still wish this triad had been more deeply explored.

Since I'm a stickler for reading in order, I decided to read Packing Double despite not being 100% keen on these characters from the first book. There's a lot of sex but not enough character development or plot in Kitty, Dom and Gem's menage.

Okay let me start off by saying DAMN this book got me all squirmy and happy. The Bedlam Butchers do everything in pairs. EVERYTHING! Which is HOT!
Now I would have given five stars just for Gem and Dom alone because they are awesome and I thoroughly enjoyed them. The plot was blah but that is okay because we aren't reading these for plot let's be honest. My reason for the lower stars is because Kitty annoyed me bad. She wears a red thong to a panty raid which that's the color she needs to wear to get laid and the first person to claim her is someone not hot so now she's all nope not participating! Um your boss told you what it would be like and you took the risk. Just I can't deal with how one minute she's miss independent and the next she's all giggly. One minute she never takes customers home and doesn't date, flirt or have causal sex and then the next she's under a table in a resturant giving BJs and then public sex. She chimes into conversation she's not a part of and treats a waitress like shit because the waitress doesn't look at her. The waitress didn't know you were an old lady after only 24 hours so calm down. She gets kidnapped and that part of also quick and glossed over. They could have kept her for all I cared but it was a good read with tons of mmmm delicious sexy time! I swear Ruby Dixon gets it!

A hot little book that would be 5 stats if it had been longer. The only thing I realky hate about this series is there's no depth due to them being all novellas.
This is so stupid, the foundation is there the characters and great writing but seriously lacking in plot other than hot af sex scenes.
A real shame cos realky all the bedlam but hers series is is book porm due to there being minimal story.

This is so stupid, the foundation is there the characters and great writing but seriously lacking in plot other than hot af sex scenes.
A real shame cos realky all the bedlam but hers series is is book porm due to there being minimal story.

Packing Double by Ruby Dixon is the second book in the Bedlam Butchers MC erotic romance series. I listened to the audiobook, which clocks in at around two hours and is narrated by Hollie Jackson.
Another very quick read if you're looking for something with some plot and lots of steam. I love reading books like this when I'm in a bit of a reading slump or if I need a good palate cleanser.
I was a lot more engaged with the plot from this book. However, yet again the couple ends up saying "I love you" way too quickly for my taste but your mileage may vary.

I have to rate this story somewhere between a 3 and 4 star. There are parts I really liked and parts I didn't. Tamra meets Gemini and Domino during a panty raid...so basically a party strictly for picking up some tail. I dislike Tamra's nickname, Kitty, because it's a whore's name and she is adamant she isn't one...at least in the beginning. The double dynamic the motorcycle club has going on is new, but I like it.
I liked Gem and Dom from the get go, their personalities are perfect for the setting and situations. It's Tamra I have a hard time connecting to. She is too aggressive sometimes and too naive other times. I didn't care for one public scene, because it didn't fit her earlier personality. The climatic situation with her boss was sad, but over very quickly. I felt like that was just thrown in to break up all the sex scenes.
It's a decent story, definitely smut with not much else, but it wasn't note worthy.

I’m conflicted about rating this one. I liked the trio and very much liked the smexy times. But the normalization of sexual violence and murder in the MC lifestyle and the way other women are a-ok with being complicit (especially towards the end of the book) hit too close to a personal limit for me. Early on I was thinking 4 stars for smutty entertainment value but by the end I was closer to a 2 so I’m landing at a titillated but slightly traumatized 3. I read this in audio and the narration is pretty good.
