Telling Secrets Workbook: A Guide to Discovering Your Secret to the Life You Truly Deserve

Rate this book
This is a workbook that can accompany the novel, "Telling Secrets", by Peg Hubbard which tells a story that can also teach. The idea for this workbook came from inquiries from readers who wanted to know more about the main character, Beth, and her journey to a better life. This is a coaching/mentoring tool using “Telling Secrets” as the launch pad for helping others do what the main character did -- look within at herself, find out what her values are, her talents, and her dreams, and then begin to manifest that life for herself.
This workbook is interactive and it's based on how the author, Peg Hubbard mentors her clients, and teaches workshops. She gives some insights to her own personal story, and how it inspired things in the book. She expounds on the themes around which she structured the novel, to help you search out the themes in your present life. Then she gives you ways to look at which themes you want to keep, which ones need a little change, and which ones are holding you back.
You are the main character of this workbook. When you are done, you will have worked your way around the “Sacred Wheel” that Beth studies and explores in "Telling Secrets", and you will have your own story written down in a way that can help you to move forward.
